Just had my old iPod classic returned to me. A new battery and headphone jack. Excellent swift service.
The iPod had previously been repaired by another company. The headphone jack that had been replaced stopped working after 2 weeks.

I sent my son's iPhone to have the screen replaced. I had a call the next morning to clarify a point and received it back again the following morning all fixed. Great communication and outcome. Would highly remcommend.

Sent iPod for a new battery, received an email stating your ipod has been repaired and tested, when the iPod came back the battery life was about an hour on a full charge.
Emailed to say still having problems, received another email your iPod has a faulty chip cheaper to buy a new iPod ???? What happened to (your iPod has been repaired and tested) or better still we found a fault you’re on your iPod we will charge you something for checking it but it's beyond repair?
No let’s go for robbing you for the full price and returning your faulty item.

I've just had my 10+ year old iPod repaired by Fix It Sales International Ltd. After sending the device, I received progress e-mails at each stage (receipt of the device, confirmation that it was being forwarded to engineers, confirmation it had been repaired and a final e-mail to advise it had been sent back). I received it 4 days after sending and it works perfectly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Excellent service throughout and at a very reasonable price. 10/10 from me.

My dear old iPod Classic's diagnosis was emailed to me the same day the company received it, plus a quote for the repairs. It was fixed straight away and on its way back to me the next day. Unfortunately, the courier, DPD, was beyond hopeless and it took them 4 days to deliver it. Tom went above and beyond the call of business to sort things out and get my iPod safely back home. I now have a fully functioning iPod again, with a new and bigger solid state drive and a new battery.

Great communications by Tom & super fast delivery.

Superb service. I paid for the diagnosis first and was informed very quickly of what needed to be done and informed at each step what to do or what was happening. All is working again! Even the delivery was at the exact time promised by email. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an ipod fixed at a reasonable cost.

Brilliant service!. I had a "dead" ipod classic. Helpful Apple Genius said disk was corrupt but that they considered it obsolete so couldn't help. Ipod repairs fitted a new SSD disk and battery and returned the next day.
So good I'm going to send my broken ipad to them!

Possibly the best service I have ever received from a web based company. Very often company's don't deliver the amazing standard you would expect. But with fix it I couldn't find a fault. Informed all the way from receiving my iPod right through to having it back in my hands repaired. Very quickly at that. If your looking to get a repair stop looking just send it here. You will not be disappointed.

Ipod Nano screen needed replaced. Posted to them on wednesday, received it back on the following saturday, excellent service, no problems, recommended....

What a brilliant service. Was a bit unsure about sending my beloved iPod of to a company that I didn't know, but honestly, from beginning to end the service was brilliant.

As soon as I booked my iPod in I received acknowledgement and details. Posted my device by Royal Mail and received an email the following morning to say it had arrived safely - which was a comfort.

Within 2 hours I had received another email detailing the problem and the cost (replacement battery). They also take the £10 assessment charge off the final cost if you go ahead.

Paid via PayPal, another email to acknowledge receipt, then another to tell me iPod was with DPD. They also offer an excellent delivery service which allows you to track your parcel. I could tell when my delivery was within 15 mimutes.

All in all a totally brilliant service. Reassurance all the way through and ideal for this sort of work. AND my iPod is working brilliantly.

Definitely recommended from everything I have experienced.

Posted my broken iPod to Fix-it Sales on Tuesday and received it back on Thursday, fully repaired. Excellent service and even more remarkable when Apple didn't want to know!
