You’re secretly signing up for a subscription when you purchase a test. They’ll charge you a subscription fee without telling you or even providing a receipt. I emailed them the day I got charged to cancel my subscription and refund me. They immediately refused. I emailed back and forth with Andrew Harper; the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. Andrew Harper utilizes illegal selling tactics to get your money. Avoid this website like the plague. I wish I could give it negative stars.

This website is a scam. They intentionally hide the fact that purchasing a test result signs you up for a £39/month subscription. There is no clear warning during checkout or in emails, making it an unfair and deceptive practice.
They charge you just two days later, likely hoping people won’t notice in time to cancel. This is a deliberate scam designed to trap users into paying without their knowledge.
I never expected such dishonest business practices in the UK. Avoid this site at all costs!

It is not made clear anywhere in the purchasing process that this will happen. You are completely led to believe you are making a 1 off purchase for this report. Disgraceful.

Absolute con - but then IQ academy shows its IQ by shamelessly scamming users and creaming in the takings at £39.99 a month and 2 days rather than 14 to 'change your mind'. Well done IQA for ripping people off and enjoy the money as it will be short lived and karma will prevail.

I will manifest the creators of this website to stub their toes every day for the next 40 years. 1 year for every pound they took off me.

Clearly states you pay after 2 days
Took IQ which was a simple, easy experience. After claiming to be free you did have to pay 49p to get your results..however, I’m unsure why all these people are calling it a scam. At this point it quite clearly states after 48 hours you pay £39.99 if subscription is not cancelled. After receiving my results..I cancelled.
