Professional and helpful
I ordered a product and by mistake put it on repeat. It was delivered quickly. when i realised i had it on repeat i e. mail to ask for it to be cancelled they refunded my money and cancelled the repeat. Alll settled professionally and quickly.

Awful company
Awful company, didn’t receive order, requested a refund and never heard back, went through my bank for a chargeback and they haven’t heard from the company so I have to wait 45 days for them to legally be able to take action. AVOID!!!

Overall good service up to now. Could do with improving the portal you use for photos. I was required to take additional full body photos which also shows my face but was provided a link which only allows access to the front camera. Hard to take a full selfie with only front facing camera
