Jon was an amazing instructor and explained everything well. I learnt so much! Abi was very helpful, and she helped us understand the first aid demonstrations.

It was very constructive, hands on learning. The scenarios gave me the opportunity to practice skills under pressure like it would be like treating a real patient. The team were very kind and answered all my questions.

Really addressed the issues/situations we come across in the particular setting we work in. Good opportunity to discuss the challenges we face. The scenarios were very carefully and precisely tailored and proved very useful.

I attended a paediatric & emergency first aid at work training course today & it was 7 hours v well spent on a sunny Saturday. It was informative with a good mix of theory & practical advice & overall exceeded my expectations. I now feel more confident to administer first aid to all ages if needed & the cake was delicious too!

Very efficient and easy to use

It was very clear going through the course, easy to understand and to know what was expected. You had to read each section thoroughly as you didn’t know what would be tested, so you had absorbed all the important information in an interesting way.

Really user friendly course, very simple to navigate and easy to access all the required information. The content was so well presented and delivered in succinct sections so that it never seemed overwhelming. I found it really helpful listening to the excellent audio recording as I read along to better retain information. The quiz element of the course also helped me to retain information and highlighted some of the key facts from each section. I also loved the handy points system which lets you know how far through you are. Definitely a great way to access a course, thank you iQualifi.

The Website was clear and easy to use. The course taught all the facts and it was good to have the questions at the end of each section. I have done this course on numerous occasions over the years but it was so very quick and easy to be able to do it on line when it suited me. Thank you for a well constructed course.
