Potatoes arrived in a timely fashion
Potatoes arrived in a timely fashion. Responses to questions were prompt. This is the second year I have ordered from Irish Eyes and we had a wonderful crop last year. Just one note - I wish the website would say if inventory is not available before clicking in to order seeds.

Misunderstading
Positive: I got very good advice as to the appropriate potatoes to plant in containers in my problematic climate. We also discussed fir bark dust.
Minor Disappointment: I was under the impression that I was to receive a sample of the fir bark dust with my small purchase of seed potatoes and thus didn't need to order it. This turned out not to be the case. I subsequently purchased a small amount of the dust which is in process of being delivered. Planting has been delayed until dust arrives.

We apologize you did not receive the promotional fir bark dust. This was an oversight in our warehouse. We also should have told you upfront that if you were planning to dust more than a couple potatoes, you would need to purchase fir bark dust as this is just a small sample. We sincerely apologize for the confusion.
Very expensive shipping costs
Appreciate the family run business offering GMO free seeds.
However shipping costs are outrageous. For seeds and a few trays it was $16.
And they were supposedly shipped 5 days ago and I am only 1 state away.

Great Selection
Great Selection! Received my order yesterday. Everything looked great. Love the selection of potatoes. Nice to allow pick up to avoid hefty postal charges. Would be nice to have a pick up day in the spring for us on the West side of the mountains....only suggestion. Love supporting a local family business.

I like your idea about a pick up day on the West side! We're only a couple hour drive away from Seattle. Our staffing is small, so this will take some finagling on our end. Keep an eye on our website. Maybe this is something we would be able to do in the coming years.

Unlike some other seed companies, Irish Eyes provided a reasonable amount of seeds for the price charged. They arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. And the shipping cost was reasonable as well, not the $8.99 and more some seed companies charge to send you a packet of 10-15 seeds. Thank you Irish Eyes Garden Seeds!

Not impressed
They sent a catalog out, but 2 of the 3 items I wanted to order, were not available. I sent them an email, but no one ever responded.
I still ordered an item. They say it’s shipped, but haven’t received it yet. No tracking number in email, which is also disappointing.
