Great potatoes and more!
They have a great selection of potatoes. The only drawback is that popular items, especially ones with red or purple flesh, sell out quickly. Order early for the best selection.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do run low on inventory this late in the season. Many people start placing orders after harvest (we start harvesting in October) therefore, come March we start to have outages. We have almost all of our purple and red flesh potatoes available at this time. The ones we tend to run out of first are the standard russets and whites. Please give us a call if you need assistance finding the varieties you want.
Fast service, good products
After three failed attempts by another grower to send me garlic that hadn't rotted, Irish Eyes expedited me ten really nice heads of organic German Red, from which I got about 50 cloves. This was at the tail end of the planting season for garlic, but the cloves must have been healthy, because they all are sending up shoots! Just last week a bunch of ~50 onion transplants arrived healthy and intact. I wish I had more room so I could try some of their potatoes. Online and phone help is excellent.

You need a bigger garden so you can try our potatoes! But in the meantime, you should try our GeoPots - these are designed for growing potatoes in smaller areas! We love helping our customers, happy planting.

Web page offered 15% discount for email. Was supposed to get email with code. None. Customer service declined to give me the 15% telling me I failed to set up account. Which is incorrect. I can log in and see order status with the account I set up. Also they calculate sales tax for Washington state incorrectly. Too much. Customer service did correct that. Seed potatoes are top quality and will continue to buy. But really irritated with attitude of customer service over the 15% offer. Thank you for your response. As a result I have upgraded my rating. Irish Eyes does have a wonderful variety of seed potatoes and the quality is outstanding. I will remain a loyal customer.

We apologize for your frustration. When you created your account you should have automatically been emailed within 3-5 days after creating your account with the 15% off discount code to be used with your next purchase.
We have applied that to this order and you should be seeing a refund of $7.29 to your account within a few business days. Please understand that we do not have access to your personal account that you created, therefore could not see that you had not been sent a promo code. We should have looked up the promo code to send to you for your use on your next purchase, and this is our fault. As for the tax, there is a program that is installed on our website that calculates this - we have brought it to the attention of the programmer to be fixed. We apologize that it wasn't calculated exactly!

Costumer Service was excellent. As a beginner buyer I was unclear about final price of my order. I think it would be great if they figured out how to show you the total with shipping before you place your order, but when I contacted them about it, they were very responsive and helpful.

Slow response.
First the products are great. I have ordered seed potato in the past and everything was smooth. However with my latest order I had trouble with my order. I emailed them on a Sunday and I didn't get a response from customer service until Tuesday. With any other company I might have just given up and gone elsewhere, but I am anticipating the seed will be worth the trouble.

We are closed on the weekends and we apologize it took us more than 24 hours to respond to your email - we aim to answer all inquiries much faster than that. We are in the height of our busy season and due to the shear volume of correspondence, we sometimes take longer than we would like to answer all the questions that come in over the weekends.

My whole order of seeds and seed potatoes arrived on time and looking great. I won't be starting any seeds for a few more weeks but I'm hopeful that I get great results! I'm happy with the customer service too. They did a great job communicating with me to fix an issue with the website calculated shipping price.
