Not the companies fault but one of the bottles looked cracked and it broke when we opened it so 40€ worth of rum went down the drain including some glass splinters

Very good except for packaging
Order received in good time. Was surprised that it came from Germany especially since it was Irish whisky. Special offer was excellent value.
Would have given 5 stars but packaging shipper box was very bad quality. I was able to see bottles and remove them due to box been open. Luckily bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap.

Delivery received and rejected.
The delivery was rejected at delivery because there was nothing in the box except broken glass. There was a massive hole in the box and it looked like everything was missing. I didn't see any fragile labels on the delivery. I am awaiting a new delivery or a refund
