Not the companies fault but one of the bottles looked cracked and it broke when we opened it so 40€ worth of rum went down the drain including some glass splinters

Great Company to do business with 100% Recommended
I ordered a Bottle from your company band due to what seems to be a possible miscommunication probably from both sides there was a delay in Delivery. As soon as your management - Bruce Benyon - heard about it in fairness he had the issue resolved straight away. I will have to give 100% to you guys for Customer care and will have no hesitation IR recommending yourselves to all I know.

Missing items
I am extremely disappointed and angry with IrishPremiumSpirits.eu I paid for a two-for-one offer, but have only received one bottle. I specifically gave my phone number and email address so I could be contacted before my purchase would be delivered, but I was not contacted in any way. A package was left outside my home and when I opened it, there was only a single bottle inside. As far as I am concerned, absent a refund or replacement, my money has been stolen. This situation needs to be rectified immediately.

It arrived, but
Finally, as there was no rush (which I had indictaed), my bottle and T-shirt arrived; hoewever, it was with the Christmas inspired T-shirt, and not the 'Skull only' one I had ordered.
It is not bad, but....
The rum itself is different from the Caribbean ones I usually drink (neat), bit not bad.

Really slow delivery
Really slow delivery, tried to contact company numerous times no reply. Product not as advertised either. Have emailed me four times looking for review yet couldn't reply to my queries. Product shipped from Holland aswell so wonder how Irish it really is.

Don't bother
Order was placed a week ago, still has not arrived and the email I received to say it had been dispatched contained a link for tracking but all that did was take me to a FedEx page. No tracking information at all.
