Not the companies fault but one of the bottles looked cracked and it broke when we opened it so 40€ worth of rum went down the drain including some glass splinters

Got the whiskey
Got the whiskey, but no Tee-shirt which was supposed to be free but I was charged for. The whiskey came well wrapped and very quickly. Very happy with that. Sort out the tee-shirt and I be delighted

I still wait to receive my right…
I still wait to receive my right t-shirts . From time when I receive my order nearly ten days ago / with only one wrong t-shirt / . I have long correspondence with Mr.Bruce Benyon who promise me to send me exactly right t-shirts , but after five or six emails between us I still waiting for conformation link from UK .
This is not right way to do business and win new customers . The rum who I ordering is very good but tell me how to recommend you after what happened .
I had decided to order again ,but I will not do it .
