This Company and it’s staff are to be congratulated for dealing so efficiently and promptly with my order for a wedding gift on behalf of my niece and partner living in the USA.The process was completed within 48 hours during which I received a “ Status Report” on how the order was progressing.I recommend them highly.

I really can’t speak highly enough of Irish Trees. After I placed my order, I received a beautiful email from Bob confirming the order as well as informing me he would personal be planting the tree in a couple of days time. The thoughtfulness and congeniality in which they handle such an emotional experience was truly appreciated. I was able to tell my loved one about the tree we had gotten for her in her memory and she was so touched. This is an amazing option for something beautiful to be left behind for those that leave us. Beautiful way remember some one special who you’ve lost.I purchased a memorial tree back in October 21 for my nephew who would have been 21.His parents were thrilled with the note and certificate they received.We just recently dedicated an oak tree to the memory of my mam who passed April 2020.As her grave had plenty of flowers from Mother’s Day we thought it be longer lasting tribute.Dad was emotional but comforted when he got his card and framed certificate .
I have to say Bob was a gentleman to deal with.Prompt reply to every email.He was very sensitive to the whole situation and even told us which day the tree was being planted.I’d certainly recommend not just for memorial trees.I think it’s lovely idea for weddings or anniversaries too.

I purchased a memorial tree recently for a colleague who had lost his partner and I found the experience to be of the highest quality. They handled a difficult situation with such professionalism. I even made a mistake on the certificate and when I contacted the company to make the change, Bob responded immediately and Helped me correct my mistake. Brilliant customer service. While away in 2021 a dear friend of ours suddenly and tragically lost her sister. We were unable to attend the funeral due to Covid 19 restrictions. We wanted to acknowledge her passing in some way and let our friend know we were thinking of her. I had hear about Irish Trees and looked them up online. We arranged to have an Irish Oak Planted and our friend was truly touched when she received the certificate of planting. This is a wonderful service which gives in so many ways and a wonderfully ecological way to remember someone.

I was unaware of this service, it was a friend who brought it to my attention. What a lovely way to remember a loved one who has passed on. I have gifted a tree to a few friends who have lost their parent. It brought an amazing response to know that a new life in memory of their parent is born from a loss. Something to always remember your loved one. Bob was very helpful, courtious and understanding in helping me pick a tree. I am very grateful to have been able to somewhat soften someones loss with this wonderful remembrance gift. Many thanks Bob, regards Tom
