We ordered the wrong set of handles as…
We ordered the wrong set of handles as we needed a toilet Snib lock included within the handle latch and we didn’t realise this at the time ,my wife called and spoke to Andrew to explain , Andrew took my number as I was out on a job and called me to clarify exactly what we needed ,he sorted it all out after asking exactly what I was doing and what the door set up was , he sent out the correct replacement handles and latch and told us to just “ pop the original handles in the post back to us , it’s absolutely no trouble at all ”
It is the sort of great customer service you just don’t get anymore , or so I thought , really impressed with the service and the advice is almost worth its weight in gold as it saves me doing the job twice, we will certainly be back because not only are they great value for money but we really value this type of service.

Did not receive what was ordered. But did receive a more expensive alternative. Unfortunately had reviewed the sent item previously by buying one elsewhere and had actively chosen what was originally ordered, so had to order the product again from another company. Just wish they had communicated with me rather than replacing.

Fabulous customer service
I ordered some door handles which the company believed they had in stock. Sadly they were mistaken and telephoned me to apologise and to try to resolve the problem. After a couple of calls I selected a substitute and they very kindly sold these for the same price as the original order which I did not expect and am very grateful for. They went the extra mile rather than just giving me my money back and I cannot praise them too highly. I will certainly buy from then again.
