Good door handles and good service
I ordered internal door handles. They had a good selection and easy ordering process. Delivery was quick and handles seem to be qood quality.
I had an issue with attaching the handles. I phoned and the jouner talked it through with the company and we managed to overcome the issue.
One suggestion for improvement would be some photographs showing how the handles are attached. This handle type definately needs professional installation

Great experience shipped on time, small grumble about the delivery company but not the ironmongery company, if you are waiting to finish a job for a customer you want reliable delivery not ‘sorry we cannot now deliver today’

Hi Steve, I spoke with our warehouse team, and I can confirm the following:
Your order was placed with us on Saturday 28th March, processed by our warehouse team on Monday 30th March and dispatched on Tuesday 31st March.
Our courier DX tried to deliver to you on 2nd April, but there was no-one at the address, so they left a card asking you to contact them to arrange re-delivery.
They did not hear from you, so have scheduled re-delivery for today. One of my fellow directors called you twice this morning to let you know this but there was no reply.
Trustpilot does not allow us to attach images to this response, however I have attached photographic evidence via email to you showing the attempt to deliver, and the DX tracking information.
If there is no-one at the address today to receive the package, it will be returned to us, and we will issue a full refund to you.
When we get it wrong , we put our hands up and accept responsibility, however in this instance our processes have not been at fault.
We feel that a 2 star review, in these circumstances, is not merited, and we would respectfully ask you to re-consider.

Nice looking brass handles
We bought brass door handles. Quality of handle looks good, but it is noticeable that they don't feel the size of an old handle. I know everything is subject to shrinkflation, and I may not have been willing to pay for something 'heavier' but I have noticed the difference. They are brand new so cannot comment on whether they remain looking good after a few years of use. I hope they age rather than end up just looking tired! The screws were not of good enough quality to fit the handles to a solid oak door as they kept breaking so we had to get new sets of screws. It was easy to order and delivery was seemless, as you'd expect. Therefore not needed to contact customer service so can't review that.
