My door handle broke, the spring was broken, ordered a new handle , got a new one from Ironmongery plus and it was exactly the same as the old one.

I ordered a small item from Ironmongery Plus on 02/03/2026 on 2-3 day delivery terms and was disappointed that it had not arrived by 06/03/2026. On phoning a very pleasant and efficient member of staff called Andrew on 06/03/2026, he emailed me POD in the form of a photo to say the parcel had been delivered on 04/03/2026. Sure enough the goods were in my safe delivery Hippo Box all along and I had failed to notice it! This company obviously excels in many ways and I look forward to placing more orders with them in future.
