Easy to order and pay and reasonable delivery time. Brilliant range of products. Very happy with my hand rail brackets, very unique and quirky, look stunning.

I ordered some hanging basket hooks with next day deliver along with other items. The hanging basket hooks did not arrive. After calling I was told they were out of stock so I requested a refund. Three weeks later and 2 further calls requesting where is my refund, with a promise I would get a call back today to confirm the refund had been processed and still no update. Very quick to take your money quickly and less so with providing good customer after sales care.

Very high quality products (cast shelf brackets) and fast delivery. Let down by the mis-matched fixing screws supplied.

Terrible customer service with delivery misleading information. I ordered a product 10 days ago to find that they do not have in stock even though they advertise in stock. Very unprofessional!

Generally quite pleased and have ordered from them before. This time however, one of the hinges was broken. I emailed their customer services but no one bothered to respond. We managed to still put the door up. But it's the principle of the matter

I have found Ironmongery World to be efficient and reasonably priced but the best thing is the vast range of products - this makes it so much easier to restore some period fittings in my 1800's house. Thank you !

I bought a couple of brackets for my pergola, and they look great, everyone is commenting on them.
They provided a fast delivery, two days. The brackets arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Strangely, there were three long scews, and three short. I don't know whether this is some sort of traditional way of fixing them, or just a mistake. I would definitely recommend this company.

Terrible experience. Ordered in early April and product did not arrive and no tracking number was supplied. Replacement order was shipped and finally arrived in July with several items missing. Several emails have transpired and I am still without my products that I have paid for. Would not recommend.
