I bought the ironway field watch 41 less than 2 months ago. The watch arrived in good time after 10 days. After about 3 days of general wear the coating on the metal started wearing off. Several days later the paint on the clips for the strap started coming off, eventually exposing the ugly metallic color underneath. The watch never had issues coming into contact with water but the fabric strap took more than an hour to dry off. After about a week of wear, the strap began to wear out in front of the clasp, bunching up in a clump.
Ironway advertises this watch as military grade durability and impact resistant face, but after two months of owning I dropped it and the watch face cracked. The advertising and reviews are definetely fake, and if you are mistaken the watch is designed in the USA and made in China with cheap parts.

Considering international trade protocols delivery time was acceptable at 3 weeks. Packaging was fine. Sophisticated leather storage a plus. All three watches keep accurate time and seem durable and water resistant. Watchbands are slightly long but multiple set loops and a short fold over add a strong hold and streamlined appearance. Analog faces are easily readable 24/7. All things considered a smart purchase of multiple durable time pieces for outdoor enthusiasts.

I did email you , and have not heard back.
The issue I had from the start is the extremely small day/ date and lack of contrast . Almost impossible to read with out glasses on. I was unaware of this .

I had purchased this watch but literally decided i didn't want it do emailed them asking for a refund.
Got what is a standard presumable reply saying my order had gone to the warehouse for selection the email I sent under 5 mins of me paying for the watch and i cant get a refund I replied back saying I want a refund and to cancel the order I was then told when I get itbj can refund it which I most certainly will.
not impressed 1 bit no doubt it will be a pain to get the refund going by my experience so far.

The customer service for this company is excellent. We were delighted with the quality of the watch purchased, however, after a few weeks there was a problem with the strap. After sending them an e-mail explaining the problem they send a replacement watch. When I asked about returning the original watch they told me not to worry.
You can’t ask for better customer care than that!

My ironway watch is working great, so far it has traveled with me every day in my eighteen wheeler and it has endured me running a chainsaw, weekender and this weekend it will accompany me on my monthly 20 mile ruck walk through hills , pulleys and harsh terrain. .I absolutely love it.

I have found the watch keeps accurate time under sometimes testing conditions. I'm a professional gardener so the watch has to withstand some hard conditions. My only criticism is that it is not straight forward adjusting the day and date, it seems too complicated for a simple process. So, yes, overall I am satisfied, so far, with the watch.

Treated my self to an early birthday present, and absolutely love my new watch, the only issue I've got is that the strap is a little in the long side,as I've got small/thin wrists

Excellent watch with a tough watch strap and a clear, easy to read dial. I’m very pleased with it.

Best field watch I have ever had would recommend for those in the blue collar field or any active duty or military veteran.

Start here: I read too quickly and this company may be based in WY but does not ship from there so my expectation was for a tad faster shipping. My bad and sourcing from China is common. The Bad: 2 days after receipt the second hand fell off. I immediately sent an email for guidance and waited almost a full day for a reply. Likely from overseas. I bought from a veteran-owned company that I assumed (again, my bad) was in Wyoming and now waiting to fix a defective watch. no bueno. Finally after Ironway C/S requested a video---because yeah, I'd lie about that!---another day and half passed and finally after I demanded instructions for a refund I was offered a new watch. I accepted and await that. Hopefully a much more positive review will follow, but guys: do better!

I noticed a couple of times so far they my time was off by 15 min one time and a little over an hr the next. Love the look and feel of the product but for being less than 2 months old I should not be losing that much time

This isn’t my first experience with Ironway… I bought a watch from them a while back and was so pleased I bought another one.. They’re sturdy, they look good and that’s what I wanted… I’ve had several comments from friends about my watches .. and the order process was simple. I didn’t have to wait too long for the delivery either, I was kept informed of progress every step of the way…great communication skills from a great company..!!

This is a Chinese company with Chinese support. If you want to return the product, you will be asked to return it to China. Also, you can buy exactly the same product, with the same service at 1/3 of this company cost in alibaba

First, let me say this group of folks located in Wyoming are true Marketing gurus. They have produced amazing quality ads permeating all of the internet. But, in the end, they are simply "resellers" of a cheap Chinese product available on a multitude of other sites. With prices available as low as $20, their prices are clealy the highest...obviously necessary to pay for the production and distribution costs of their glossy advertising. In addition, the advertised, "money back guarantee" is quite the offering. Only issue is that YOU have to pay to ship it back to, guess where, China. So, that's about $200 using UPS and a little over $100 if you use DHL. I think you can do the math there. These time pieces are impressive looking, for sure...until you actually try to set the time and the minute hand jumps around when the crown is pushed in. Not to mention, mine loses about 12 seconds-a-day. The upside was, I was offered a 10% discount (later upped to 20%) to keep it...50% off to buy ANOTHER one, or a full refund when they get it back in China and APPROVE the return. All this amounts to is this: you are paying a premium for an inexpensive product that is professionally marketed by an astute group of resellers in Wyoming. Simply put, an educated buyer usually makes a good decision. I wasn't and didn't.
