Irrigationonline holds a good stock of irrigation products. Prices are reasonable and delivery prompt.
I did have a question about a part and was told someone would phone me back but that didn’t happen, eventually I solved it myself, I won’t drop a star though because a phone number could have been incorrect.

If you can't or don't want to ship to Austria, why can I select the country in your webshop?

Awful customer service and promised it would be here next day (when I ordered it on Wednesday the 11th) and it has been over a week and still has not arrived!I was told on Friday the 13th that I will be sent and yet to find it hadn't on Monday 16th. Also they didn’t send the package out due to 1 item not being in stock which I expressed I needed by Monday the 16th latest so to send it out without the item not in stock and I will source it myself. I was told over the phone I would not have a chance finding it else where (due to it being specialist equipment) even tho I found a 4mm hole punch on Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery so all this has cost me 2 days work due to your staffs incompetence ….. an email back and a way of resolving this issue not just it being delivered but some sort of compensation due to me loosing £400 pound worth of work which I have lost now due to me not being able to do the job at the date I promised so reputation had fallen also
