Quick support and good communication

Quick support and good communication. Product arrived safely and matched the description, though packaging could improve and delivery tracking needs to be more accurate. Overall a fairly average experience.

Do not buy from this place if youre in SA

Do not buy from this place if youre in SA. The return policy does not apply to us. You cannot return the product without paying a ridiculous amount more than the price of the actual items you bought.
The quality of the fabric was also terrible .

Order not Delivered since 3 months,

Dear Isabelle mode Team,

I have make a purchase of a AirPure 3-in-1 air cooler, UV air purifier and ioniser with the Order number LWZK4Y5NN on 18th Nov 2025. I have connected with your customer care team and all i got a mails after 2 to 3 days that the Order is on the way and would be delivered . its been more than 3 months the order is not yet deliver and not I am seeking for a full refund.
I would appreciate if this is taken on a priority and have the refund completed.

A must to avoid

Ordered a blouse last November. When I ask for information I have to repeat the delivery address and am then told it is incomplete and that they cannot deliver until this is sorted. If they cannot deliver surely they should give me a refund.

Do Not Buy from Isabell Mode.

I purchased a coat stand on 26th November 2025 for 107.91 euro. It had not arrived by January 2026. I emailed them and they said that it was out of stock and I could have something else to the same value. I insisted that I want my money refunded but my money has not been returned to me. I have been continually emailing them. They are impossible to deal with. Do not buy anything from this site.
I also bought 2 coats for my daughters on 21st November for 116.96 euro. They arrived. When my daughters opened them on Christmas morning they thought they were dressing gowns!!! They were such bad quality, virtual rags. Again please heed my warning Do Not Buy anything from this site Isabell Mode.

Avoid this is a Scam Company - you will lose money

The goods you receive are nothing like the products they advertise. Ordered 2 Jackets, absolutely nothing like the photos on the site. Cheap shabby fabric - with unstitched and frayed seams - really poorly made with buttons hanging off. Definitely not fit to wear. You wont get a refund, the return address for returns is Flat 5 Hong Kong Island Hong Kong , paid £11.99 to return the items, but Evri returned them as a returns refused parcel- if you don't want to lose money avoid this site

ver poor service.

i order a cashmere jumper from Etelle Modes in october 2025. i received a polyester jumper in jearly jan 2026. i was T old tHe delay was due to an in correct address, MY ERROR ALTHOUGH THEY HAD MY EMAIL ADDRESS BUT DIDNT CONTACT M E AS FAR AS I AM AWARE TO ENABLE ME TO MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGES

I have requested that the send me a refund the original jumper cost over 36 pounds. they said this couldnt be done but that i could keep the jumper they sent. and have a discount of up to 35percent of another item. i also asked if the could send me the original item that i ordered as this was still on sale again they said that they couldnt do this and i would need t return the polyester jumper before they would proceed with any further action. i was required to pay the return postage. My question was why should i pay for there mistake. and why would i buy another item when they could not fulfill the original contract, this is a very poor company, and unfortunately puts other similar organisations in a negative light. they have had money for a cashmere jumper and provided a polyester jumper which i could have possibly bought locally for half the cost. their emails are all very polite but and not helpful
