This company is awful and should be avoided, a complete scam.
I purchased an item for £50 in early November 25, two months later and I have not received my purchase. Their response to my initial email was that I hadn’t sent them a full address, despite my full address being clearly referenced in the email trail. I have subsequently sent several emails, including my full address and have not received a reply.

Scam company - avoid
We ordered a jumper as a Christmas present on the 9th November 2025. It is now the new year, no jumper, no response to emails and no sign of the jumper or a return of funds offered.
Avoid purchases as they are not able to deliver.

APPALLING!!
APPALLING!!! Definitely not even 1 star! I ordered a Zara coat for £90 as a Christmas present and it has no label, material so thin it’s transparent and probably was made in a sweatshop. False advertising at best, but more like Fraud as passing goods off as from Zara. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and it’s about time trading standards shut these businesses down!
