Great order quality, good products

Refuse to refund- I purchased a coat and boots, I received the items not as described, they're Temu grade quality. I requested to return the items but for over a month and 9 emails I keep getting BOT written emails that don't acknowledge my request and provide no information by which I can return the product. I am considering taking this to small claims. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Dreadful quality in two zip up sweaters I ordered for my husband. I paid €49 each, and they're worth about €7 each on other Chinese sites. The return address is in Hong Kong, not the Netherlands, which is very misleading. All their customer service emails are Ai generated. Please don't buy from them!

I ordered two Cashmere jumpers from this company in November. It took 5 weeks for the goods to arrive via China and Hong Kong. When you query how long it is taking for the goods to arrive, they pretend that you have not given them your full address (Lie). When the goods finally arrived, they were completely inferior goods, not cashmere. No paperwork arrived with the goods or any details of how to return the goods. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. I have been trying to obtain a returns address as I am not satisfied with the inferior goods supplied. They obviously run down the 30 day returns clock so you are unable to return the goods. Somebody called Emma from their customer service (AI robot likely) ignores the emails requesting the returns address. You will never get the opportunity to return the goods and sadly they have stolen your money. Horrible scamming company operating outside the UK and clearly not governed by our trade and standards laws. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ordered 2 jumpers. Only 1 arrived after 2 weeks. 6 weeks ater still do not ave second jumper. Emma said they did not have my correct address! So how did I get the furst jumper! Still backward and forward with emails. No chance of a refund pr exchange. A scam do not buy from them

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....they quote 1-4 days delivery. Items took 18 days to arrive. Too late for event. They won't provide me with a returns address despite multiple requests. They (EMMA - presumably an AI bot from Customer Service) just emails each day offering a 15% then 25% then 35% then 45% store credit. I want to return the items and receive a refund. Terrible company. Steer clear!

I think that more info about the shipping would be very helpful, everything else is really good managed

Unfortunately, I haven't received my order after a month. I have informed my bank, in my opinion don't buy anything from them.

I tried their polo and its fairly comfortable. It is breathable and pairs okay with different outfits, though nothin about it stands out too much

I placed an order 2nd November received it 21st November four dresses they did not to large to long and quality off the material was very poor I emailed them that day for a return label and to receive my money back £102 still waiting for label they have emailed me back 4 times asking why I want to return them know they just don’t answer my emails.

The maxi dress I received is comfortable and good for warm weekends

The 5 star reviews are a scam …and fake. Don’t touch this company. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. products are nothing like described and if you want a refund …. you got two hopes and one Bob. Stay well clear.

Temu special. Tried to return it. Wouldnt allow a refund. Kept offering 10% store credit then 20 then 50. Then told me to return to hong kong for 100% store credit

Avoid!! clearly gets from temu and sends out. Rubbish rubbish rubbish..

I have now asked five times for a return label for an an item advertised as cashmere that was not. avoid.

Ordered something weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I keep getting automated messages saying my address is incorrect, but it absolutely is correct. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times and still haven’t been able to reach a real person. No one seems willing to actually look into the issue.

I’ve also requested a refund and haven’t even received an acknowledgement, let alone a solution. At this point, the lack of communication and customer support is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed with the overall service and would not recommend based on my experience.

Not recommended. Item came without instructions, no software, downloaded software thought will work with as orderdd at GPS tracker. Asked for help,no response. When asked for refund being difficult can not complete refund. Asking fir video which is difficult to produce.

Would give no stars is allowed. Awful customer service, ordered on the 12th of October and still havent recieved the item. I keep getting told my address is incomplete but have no problen getting shipments from other websites, complete scam

This company doesn’t send the item shown on their website and even though it states you can return the item and have a money back guarantee, they do not honour it.

They just keep offering a credit to spend on their site.

Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered boots which were too small - should not have been, their sizing is off. Spent several days back and forth trying to return them. Their website says this is easy to do. It’s not. Their policy is you have to request a returns form but they seem reluctant to acknowledge my request to send me this. They offered a store credit if I kept the boots - why would I, they are too small?! They subsequently increased the amount of store credit if I kept them! Why would I want store credit for a store I have zero intention of buying anything from after this? I just want to send them back and be refunded. I have asked at least 3 times now for them to confirm their returns address and send me a returns form which their policy says I need in order to return them. It should not be this difficult!

Posing as a French company, but it’s Chinese. Cashmere sweater ordered turned out to be cotton on delivery. Very very bad
