Do not order from this website it is a SCAM! Ordered two items; one never shipped or received, one not the quality ordered and took almost three weeks for delivery. No response to email and no returns label with item I had received.

Horrible to deal with. My mom ordered s bag in November. Got no update, said the address was missing details which it wasn't and you can clearly see the full address on the order. Still no update after being told the details will be passed to the delivery company. Do not buy or deal with them.

I received my item, and it is probably WORSE than shein quality and not AT ALL what I ordered.

Not only that, but good luck getting your money back from them!! Because they refuse to do it.

I’ve currently been going back and fourth for weeks, requesting the return form, because like any other normal company they don’t let you do a return directly by yourself, you need to request and form and they DO NOT SEND IT

The fabric is suitable for summer and feels breathable, but it could be a bit softer for better comfort.

Quite frightening really. How does one inform that this is a scam company? I had the same issue as some other people who also commented - I put my address, and then it appeared as incorrect, I tried to change it. No way to change it. Lots of email sent but no response. So it looks like I will never get my money back or the order!

Poor quality, I suspect not a French company and not made in France. Very disappointing. Not recommended.

Do NOT buy from this company. The blouse I bought took 4 weeks to reach me. It was shabby material and the arms were 2.5 inches too short. They do not accept refunds, just send more and more discounts trying to get more of your money. They do not answer your questions. I wish I had read thier reviews before buying. they don't deserve 1 star.

If you do not like what you buy, you return it to my home address. I refuse to take it. If my neigbours accepted it for me. I will trow it away.

Bought a pair of cargo trousers that are fairly comfy and practical, though the material feels average.

Terrible customer service. The dress sent is nothing like the one advertised. Still trying to get a refund but keep offering me credit. Would never use them again and don't even deserve the 1 star given.

This company is does not ship from the Netherlands they use China. I ordered a suit which was half price, it took an age to arrive, the material is cheap and after 1 wear the stiching is coming loose. If it looks to good to be true then don't fall for this scam company.

Haven't received my order a mother later!!

Ordered a bag, I received it, but it seemed used not new. Therefore I decided to return it, but when I contacted the customer support they came up with plenty of excuses and never wrote the procedure for returning the faulty item.

I do not advise anyone to buy goods from this seller, I ordered orthopedic shoes on 15/11/2025 today, on 05/12/2025, we have not received anything. It looks like a scam.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! If I could give this company no stars I would! Jumpsuit arrived, absolutely shocking it's so bad, it's a rag, nothing like the picture. I emailed them and asked them for a returns form, they responded offering a 10% refund and to keep the item, I refused, I don't want it, I wouldn't wash my floor with it. I have since emailed them 3 times with no response, then I noticed they took another payment out of my Paypal! I have opened a complaint with Paypal, this company should not be allowed to trade, absolutely disgraceful and zero customer service! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This company/shop is an absolute fraud l ordered boots on the 3rd November and paid my money

I've put 1 star, but really it should be minus 5. An elderly client of mine ordered a cashmere jumper. What she got was a jumper with NO wool in it and sleeves that would be long on an orangutan. When she emailed, she was asked to send photos of item, she did with the help of another carer. Email back from 'Emma ' saying it was as described and refused refund but offered her 15% off another order!! What a disgusting attitude and a total scam. Avoid thus company at all costs. For information, the 'cashmere ' is heading for a charity shop, £53 is a lot to a 91 year old. I'd welcome a response from the company as she's given up. How many others have lost money??
