One of the easiest and best to work with online companies I have ever dealt with.
Placed my order online and within minutes received an email saying the item I ordered was out of stock but they had one size larger. I contacted them via 1 800 number they fixed my order with the new item and was very pleasant to work with. Fastest shipping around also I picked normal shipping and my item was here within 3 days. I will buy from them again.

lengthy wait
I ordered a hard hat to try out on 1/27. A full week later the order still shows processing. There has been no update from the company in that week.

Reliable
Have placed several air tool orders with them. Did not have a few of the items I was looking for but after talking to them, items were placed on the website and I was able to order them easily. Most times received everything quickly. I had to call in once and customer service was very helpful.

A little slow to process order
These days we get most everything delivered within 2-3 days. I placed my order on the 6th, a Monday, and the order was not processed until the 9th, a Thursday, when my Credit Card was finally charged. Today is the 13th and I still have not received order. I don't know where else I could have purchased these anti static devices so I wait patiently but it sure would be nice to have the whole process move along faster. Thank you for asking me my opinion. Lastly I would say that the product I am buying is a very good product and is nice to know where to get them.

Took 4 days to process and send my package.
I paid for UPS 3-5 day shipping. It took ISC 4 days alone to get my package to UPS. I ordered my product on the 7th, it is now the 17th and it's scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They sent me emails to let me know what was going on but it still took too long in my opinion to get the package out.
