Amazing but a small problem
I love your services! There are no problems except sometimes, once I a week, I have to reload my servers in order for them to work. They start working normally after reloading. It's not a big issue, but there's a room for improvement

Excellent prices, but the service descriptions are misleading. I purchased several Virtual Private Servers that claimed to support 10 Gbps internet speed, yet I’m lucky to get even 5% of that.

Scam
Suspended my account due suspecting me in fraud with payment. After providing everything that support asks me account still suspended even support answered that issue resolved. Then I ask to refund money for upcoming month payment, they ignore it simply redirecting me to "different managers" without any specific info how to proceed refund.
Highly recomend avoid this scam company, you wont know when they decide block or susped your account for no reason even after any proof given to them.

Easy start, great availability, non-transparent payment settings
What did I like:
* it was easy to register, create a new server and get it running
* severs are available in many countries
* variety of payment methods
What I did not like:
* initially it was possible to pay using VISA/Mastercard (and I did pay using this method), but it disappeared afterwards)
* it is possible to pay for a year when creating a new server, but, when the server is renewed, I was only able to renew it for the same period of time as initial one (1 month). It would be great if I could try the server using it for 1 month, and, if I liked it, to be able to pay for a year period

VPS LOCATION SCAM
I have bought VM from one of middle east country, but its not showing the ip address of that country infact the location was appearing someplace in Romania.
I paid 30$ for the VPS and after 3 or 4 days of testing when I asked for the refund "ishosting" deducted 25% of unknown fee and 4 days of usage(i just kept checking the location) $16 I got back. They scammed in money and can't manage there servers. Waste of time and money.
