Islabikes - eJanis - Excellent Bike
1. We bought an eJanis. It is an excellent bike. Clever step over design. Half the weight of many ebikes we looked at. My wife is delighted with it.
2. Arrived 3 days after we ordered it. Well packed. Clear instructions about fitting front wheel, charging battery, setting up the App etc. etc.
3. Very helpful customer service ... we asked loads of questions, on the phone, before deciding to buy the bike.
4. And we added the kick stand ... works well, very stable.
Really pleased with Islabikes.

Do yourself a favour keep away.
Nothing wrong with their service, the two bikes arrived in time for my children's birthdays. I would not buy these bikes they were given as gifts. Despite the premium price the tyres and inner tubes are of very poor quality for example. What is most frustrating of all is how long it takes it takes to do something routine like change an inner tube. Do yourself a favour, go to a local dealer, or even Halfords, and get something of better value for half the cost.

Customer service needs improvement
I have been trying to get hold of a new chain guard for over 4 weeks. Phone lines are closed and emails are ignored. How hard can it be? Every other company seems to be managing the simple task of responding to their customers.
Edit: got a call today from them and they will dispatch the order this week.
