I made an online purchase over 3 weeks ago and haven't received it - website states 3-5 days delivery. The customer services number on the invoice receipt has been disconnected and they haven't replied to my emails.
Shoddy and very poor, extremely disappointing!

Hi would like to aware everyone not to buy with them!

I bought 3 abayas they sent it to me, 1 of the abaya came with plastic ripped, the other was fine and the 3rd was used unwashed and very dirty! I asked them for the return they couldn't send me return label, I had to pay for that (and beg for my refund), glad that i return the item with tracking option, they didn't receive the parcel on the 1st attempt, and was delivered on the 2nd attempt, even though they said they didn't receive, after a week was the same history "we didn't receive any parcel", after I called parcelforce and ask for the proof of delivered, suddenly them had the item,but took me so many days to have my refund, they will do like they want to see the parcel but at end u are just literally begging for ur refund, took me more than a week and sending everyday always messages to them, I think they just want to see if they can take ur money! So beware to buy with them!

Really bad customer service. I bought a sport abaya size M (according to their website is same as 12-14) I’m 10/12 everywhere else, and the abaya wasn’t true to size. Also the length was shorter than other similar shops. I returned the item and was instructed to send with a tracking in case the parcel get lost. They don’t pay for the returns. So in the end I spent almost half of the money for nothing. They need sort out their sizes (be more realistic) and also their policies about refund and returns. Definitely I won’t buy again and will not recommend too.

I looked on the site and it seems to be poor copies of other people's designs. Do you have any of your own designs????

There's a reason why female designers are best for women's clothing and the credit does not go where it deserves to be e.g. Arabian Nites and perhaps other retailers.

Claiming other people's designs really unethical and out of order overall.

If I could give a lower score I would. Customer service is redicilous. They are happy to take your money and not fulfil an order. Ordered items and paid delivery charges and I was told 5 working days for delivery we are now 2 weeks in and it's one excuse after another as to why the items have not been delivered. You end up begging for your items or your money back and it's stressful to have to do that. Online shopping is meant to be stress free bu t this company is over priced and does not deliver. Would not be touching them with a barge pole again.

website; clear and easy to use.

customer service; excellent, keeping in touch and updated when item i wanted was not in stock.

shipping; order arrived in 13 days since order was placed.

product quality; good quality, stitch, fabric, size according to chart. good size variety. nice unique designs. photos on site are good representation of actual product.

i would recommend it, and hope to shop here again.
