I am beyond disgusted with YoRoom and their completely fraudulent advertising. What was peddled as a "luxury flat" in Leicester was, in reality, an uninhabitable dump. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.

From the moment I walked in, the "luxury" facade crumbled. The carpets were filthy, stained, and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. But the real horror began with the amenities – or lack thereof. No hot water! How is this even legal in the UK? To make matters worse, there was no washing machine, despite it being listed, and to top it all off, the oven had no door, which is not only incredibly dangerous but also, as I understand it, illegal for a rental property in this country.

This isn't just disappointing; it's a health and safety hazard and a blatant rip-off. YoRoom should be ashamed of themselves for misleading customers so egregiously. This flat is not fit for human habitation, let alone advertised as "luxury." Avoid YoRoom at all costs unless you enjoy throwing your money away on a dangerous, squalid excuse for accommodation.

The house that we rented was overpriced. The landlord promised us some things that he gonna do and never did. A lot of stuff in the house was actually broken, that we realized during tenancy. And sometimes he still didn’t do anything about that. Not talking about that the house was so old and during the winter it was problem with the heating (i was freezing in my room). What’s the best he at the end got all our deposit for “cleaning issues” and damages ? Which I don’t even know about, when I asked he answered that we all gonna get the email with the details. But we never did. Since then he is ghosting me and not responding. I want my money back, because it’s totally unfair. I’m not gonna pay for something that I don’t know about and after shi**y tenancy!!! :)
