False advertising and terrible customer service

I ordered their Apple 40W Fast Charging Adapter + Free Braided Cable bundle and paid extra for the 2m cable. Instead of the braided cable advertised, they sent me a Nylon cable.

When I contacted them about it, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and replacing the cable, they straight up denied it and claimed that I had ordered the Nylon cable.

The problem is that “Braided Cable” is literally in the product title. Their product page also has an image clearly showing a braided 2m cable, and nowhere on the product page is “Nylon” mentioned even once.

Sending the wrong item could’ve been an honest mistake. Refusing to fix it and then trying to convince the customer that they ordered something completely different from what your own listing says is not.

Extremely unethical, blatantly misleading, and in my experience, straight up false advertising.

Would strongly recommend staying away from iSmartHub.
