Extremely disapointed with the whole experience, ruined what was supposed to be a period of recouperation.
Paid for a Luxury unit and was given a timber clad, painted caravan that has paint peeling off that had seen better days.
After a 5 hr journey was told to sit and wait in car until it was ready, an hour and a half later we were given the keys to what appeared to be ok BUT:
1. Foul stench from sink drain
2. Musty and damp smell throughout
3. Ant infested
4. Damaged furniture and fixtures
(Oh yes I do have photos!!)
Could not contact reception as it was closed so had to go to local supermarket and purchased cleaning materials and ant spray. No broom, mop or hoover, but a bucket and mop pole ???
Had a shower and waked through to bedroom only to have sand sticking to my feet.
Woke every morning to dogs barking from adjacent units, ants all over furniture, sink, worktops - disgusting
Stayed out all day but eventually cut trip short and when handed key back all I got was "checking out then ?"
Never again !!!

Management and cleaning services are pathetic. No one has any idea of their own policies, they removed the luggage without consent and gave a real scare for all the valuables in the bag and no one took real ownership of the issue. At the end after lot of ruckus they found my bag but this isn't something a guest has to go through at any property they visit for a holiday.

This review relates to the booking team, rather than the site, just to be clear. It was a bit of a rocky start, but our booking was handled well when escalated to management so pleased that things got sorted in the end.
