Unfortunately my sample didn't arrive…

Unfortunately my sample didn't arrive we waited 10 days after shipping email . Maybe an issue with the post my daughter would love to try this for her brushes . So I'm goin to apply for another sample. My friend has said she would recommend trying these products.
