Bad service and attitude from the captain of the boat Apollo

First everything was fine and we hop on and off from one Borromean island to another. But on Pescatori island the captain of the boat Apollo stopped only for 1 minute and will not wait our daughter who was running just 50 meters from the boat. He was rather rude when we asked him to wait only 2 minutes. So we missed this boat and had to wait 30 minutes more for the next one. We were very frustrated with such attitude.
