Really happy with my new RO system

I’ve been really happy with my filtration system so far. It’s been working exactly as expected and has made a noticeable difference in water quality at home. Installation was straightforward, and everything feels solid and well-designed.

I also want to give a quick shoutout to Laurence, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and provided excellent customer support from start to finish.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this system to anyone looking to improve their water quality.

Jonathan was a breeze to work with and…

Jonathan was a breeze to work with and was very helpful,in getting the parts I needed. I told him that we had high incoming water pressure so he sent me an in-line PRV and a leak detection assembly. I needed a little extra 3/8 tubing and some extra 3/8 clips and he got those sent out ASAP. Thanks you so much Jonathon!! Also helped with the extra warranty that I had submitted but did not get into the system. All well and good now!

Pretty Good Filtration System

I have an iSpring RCC7AK, NSF Certified, 75 GPD, Alkaline 6-Stage Reverse Osmosis System, pH+ Remineralization RO Water Filter System that I purchased in 2014 and an iSpring UVF11A UV Ultraviolet Light Water Filter that I purchased in 2024. I love this water purification system. It has always worked well providing clean water for drinking and cooking. There have been small problems like the iSpring HW12X2 White Water Filter Housings for RCC Series Reverse Osmosis Systems developing cracks in the top leaking water all over underneath the kitchen sink. I have replaced four (4) of them. The replacements must be a better quality because they have lasted longer. I have replaced the iSpring GA1-BN Drinking Water RO Faucet for Kitchen Sink three times because they start leaking about every 2 - 3 years. This last time I finally requested a replacement under warranty and Julius was very helpful, he sent a replacement rather quickly. Even with all of the leaking water problems, I haven't had any structural damage under my sink because I always caught it in time. Luckily I wasn't on vacation when it happened. I try to remember to isolate the system when leaving home for an extended amount of time, because of leaking problems. I would still purchase this system again knowing about all of the leaking problems. I now have a large catch pan underneath the system. Best wishes if you decide to purchase these products.

This I spring water system tastes great…

This I spring water system tastes great and knowing your getting all your minerals replaced when drinking makes you feel even better. Jonathan was a great help when purchasing. I think it was pretty easy to install definitely worth the money

Service was top notch

Service was top notch! Julius helped out when my sink drain circumference was oversized for the stock drain saddle and sent me a set of filters to compensate for the extra effort and cost to find an "adjustable" drain saddle. Julius was prompt, efficient, and effective in answering all of my questions. My wife and I love the product. Clearly this company puts customer service as a top priority and they stand by their product.

This company is so customer oriented it’s crazy… I’ve been working with Julius on two occasions and he has gone above and beyond. He continues to shock me on how this company strives for happy customers.

We purchased the iSpring Electronic Descaler. It was easy to install and we received a 3 year warranty! The representative Robert was extremely efficient and quick to help me register for the extended warranty. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I’ve been using this water filtration for many years and I still fall in love with it.
The problem I encounter sometime is replacing the filters. Sometimes didn’t do it right ..I either flushed the system too long or pressed the wrong buttons and it caused malfunction: the blinking light came on.
Again I called ISPRING and the customer service were super good, they are very helpful (whenever I needed them).

SEAN is great. His service exceeded my expectation. He went above and beyond to get things right regardless how long I have the system.
I was impressed by Shawn’s willingness to help and provide solutions." he is exceptional!!!
If you’re contemplating in buying one please do not hesitate to get it..you will have the company that stands behind their product if you ever need help. The water tastes very good.

Game changing system

We have a well and the water was orange from all the Texas iron. This filtration system completely removed all iron. It’s now a crystal clear delicious water.

Replacement parts

I was so frustrated bc I could not order the sponge replacement online, I spoke with Nick, the manager, he was perfect! He was so kind and extremely helpful and he LISTENED!! He solved my problem within a minute.
By far the best experience I had with online customer service. Thank you Nick!!!

Replacement part on the way.

Took delivery of a new under-sink water filter, and realised a small part was detached and floating around in the box. Called the help line and Jonathan was awesome in escalating to a supervisor to ship a replacement part via UPS.

I have the tracking number and will update when I have the part and complete the installation.

I had an issue with the red warning…

I had an issue with the red warning light not taking a reset after a filter change on the RO5004F system. I opened a service ticket and was promptly contacted ba gentleman named Laurence from Tech Support he had me try a few things to resolve issue eventually it he got it going. Thx to Laurence for his patience in the trouble shooting process and his knowledge of the system. Highly recommend their products and the Tech Support.

The system was very easy to install

The system was very easy to install. We have not had a single problem with this unit and if you purchase the bundle of filters for replacement it will save you money!!! We have tested our water and it is perfect! Tastes great too

Product is easy to set-up

Product is easy to set-up, the filter is straight easy to replace and is definitely affordable for the price point. Customer support is specially responsive even on different platforms, shout out to Julius and Francis for being prompt and making sure my needs are met.

So far so terrific

So far so terrific. This iSpring device creates amazing, clean water that everyone using it in my household is raving about. I live in Florida so the water is horrible for you. I tested a brand new fridge filter removed only around 30% of the contaminants, which includes chlorine, other chemicals, etc. I tested this RO system with it and it's filtering it beautifully. The added healthy minerals is an awesome addition that my system has.

I emailed them per a card left in the package and Julius activated a 3-year warranty-yay!!
I ordered it from Home Depot btw.
