Very interesting course led by an experienced and dedicated teacher willing to adapt to the pace of students and to delve deeper into the subject matter according to the interest os students.

The photography of the land is amazing, as well as the discourse. The teacher is extremely through and detailed. Very knowledgeable and enjoyable class.

I enrolled in Biblical Hebrew A with genuine excitement and a desire to deepen my understanding of Scripture. I attended one class and found it acceptable, but shortly afterward my financial situation changed and I realized I could not continue with the program.
When I contacted the school to cancel, I was not simply allowed to withdraw. Instead, I was offered another class and a scholarship. During my conversation with Vanessa, I clearly explained that I needed to discuss this financial commitment with my husband before making a final decision. I was told that if my husband was not comfortable with the commitment, I would be withdrawn from the program and would not continue to be charged.
That did not happen.
I trusted what I was told over the phone and provided consent, including my banking information. I later learned that I was still being held responsible for approximately $2,160 in tuition and fees just cancel. And this is HALF of tuition.
despite my efforts to withdraw. Had I understood that I could be held liable for thousands of dollars even after expressing my desire to cancel, I would have made a very different decision.
What has been most disappointing is not the class itself, but the enrollment and cancellation process. I felt pressured to make a financial commitment before I had the opportunity to fully discuss it with my husband. I also feel that the consequences of withdrawing were not clearly explained to me in a way that reflected what I was later told by the institution.
I am now facing financial hardship and have repeatedly been told that I cannot simply withdraw from the program without paying thousands of dollars. The stress this has caused my family has been significant.
My advice to anyone considering enrollment is to obtain every promise, cancellation term, refund policy, and financial obligation in writing before providing consent or banking information. Ask detailed questions, read every document carefully, and do not rely solely on verbal explanations when making a financial commitment of this size.

As I am recovering from health issues, I have found it hard to concentrate on every day things or keep track of appointments; however, these courses are helping me to get back the organization and some daily tasks to aim for! Every instructor feels like he/she has been tailored to help me engage and learn. These courses have been my lifesaver! As I go deeper into understanding, my love for the whole Bible, Israel and all things related to the land & people grows deeper. I know that I'm out of my depth compared to other students, but they (students & instructor) are always gracious when I ask questions. I love Israel Institute of Biblical Studies! P.S. I love that I can catch up or review classes with recordings.

Marcelo has been my individual tutor for Hebrew A (second time I took it) and Hebrew B. Hebrew B has been difficult for me, but Marcelo has encouraged me. I have learned so much about Scripture as well as the language. Even though it has been hard, I appreciate what I am studying and Marcelo's unending patience and encouragement. I might even go on to Hebrew C.

I was supposed to begin studies with this entity. I was subjected to very insistent and pressured sales tactics. They made me feel guilty for telling them that I could not afford their prices. I ultimately changed my mind and requested a refund. I spoke with David who had signed me up for the course. I was never informed that the first monthly payment I made would be exchanged into American currency through my bank. They knew that I lived in Canada. $177 dollars became $247 with the exchange and bank fees. It was registered on my statement as ETEACHER LTD. I am still waiting for my receipt after 3 weeks even though they emailed me telling me that the refund had been processed. I have my doubts. This organization is a scam. Their reputation is questionable at best. Do not be taken in by their pressure tactics. They send many marketing emails as well, even after you register with them. They offered me the course book in lieu of the refund. I had only made 1 payment so how can the course be 8 payments if I could have the material for 1 payment? Doesn't make sense. Please beware of this business entity. They are dishonest. When I insisted on a refund, they were very dismissive and the tone of the conversation became very cold.

Before I started to study with you I thought it was impossible for me to get this kind of knowledge; but the institute has helped me to make this dream come true.
Thanks Isarel Institute of Biblicas studies.

So far, the environment confers a sense of purpose; teachers, size of classes, and the school materials deserve to be highly valued. My first professor is committed to our progress. I learned of biblical Hebrew through organization of prayers and glancing over transliteration of versions of the Book; however, the participative method of delivery favors learning. With practice and extra time devoted to review of course, you tube channel subscriptions (most of them are free, I began to read and understand more. Everything else, I entrust Adonai Elohim to carry me through completion. It is an online class, the burden rests on you to take your classes seriously!
Thank you Israel Institute of Bblical Studies and the advisorship board of eteachergroup.
I enjoy my Hebrew learning!

Discovering Hebrew Prayer has opened both mind and heart to aspects of prayer I have never learned in Protestant churches. I have learned that prayer is more about exalting the Holy One and less about my list of wants/needs as it should be, about prayers that move in that exaltation but beautiful in heartfelt simplicity. Rabbi Kormis is an excellent instructor, insightful, and patient with our questions. I have learned much, including the necessary humility of heart in prayer that will never be forgotten. My Siddur copy is ever close. I have recommended it as a basic gotta-take course to others.
Very well planned, beautiful and sharp courses, dedicated Teachers and Team, excellent overall experience. I highly recommend Israel Institute of Biblical Studies and ETeacher.

The staff at the Israel Institute of Biblical Studies are there to guide and assist their students through the learning process of Biblical Hebrew. They know how difficult the Biblical Hebrew language is and are understanding and supportive in the student's learning process and progress. They are there to help.
Learning Hebrew has been both challenging and rewarding. The administration and teaching staff have been very helpful in helping me during the whole process. Special Thanks to both Justin Harrell and Stephen Kim who are excellent teachers.

I posted a 1 Star review several weeks ago but for some reason can no longer see it to update my experience. I shall now post a 3 Star review. Jessica Rosenburg personally stepped in and offered a partial refund of my 3 monthly deposits. I respectfully accepted the settlement. I appreciate her personal attention to my situation. Overall I would add that it behooves us studying Hebrew to check prices and benefits before making the decision to engage here. The institute had a long time employee who was ANYTHING but polite and helpful to address my challenges and actually yelled at me over the phone. Jessica assured me his deportment was being addressed along with other miscommunications that seem to be part of a pattern that also needs addressing from the top downwards. I wish the Institute NO ILL WILL. Do yourself a favor in performing your own homework before authorizing payments from your funding mechanism. Do NOT allow yourself to feel pressured to immediately sign up "or miss out." I hope the Institute eliminates high pressure sales and implementation better and needed communication between sales and service. Jessica in a a good position to initiate needed changes. I personally appreciate her help with me.
