Got a holster and mag pouch from FAB Defense. Both items arrived pretty fast and look solid. Holster fits my Glock perfectly, no issues. Color matches what was shown. Happy with the order overall.

Dec 22nd: Ordered micro conversion kit
Dec 31st: Received wrong part and asked for new one.
Jan 24th: Received random flashlight with no explanation why.
Jan 31: returned wrong micro conversion kit
March 17th: I emailed and asked if it shipped.
March 18th: Reply email to me saying the supplier was out of business and it was uncertain if the package would be sent to me.
March 24th: "Unfortunately, we are unable to refund orders that MCK was responsible for. Since they provided guarantees they could not uphold, we are not in a position to offer a resolution."

Conclusion: Scammed out of $261 and super pissed.

The entire buying process was messed up from the beginning . The part I ordered and paid for after 3 days was now not is stock . They then said how about a different color which they showed me a picture of wasn't at all the same as what was promised the it was for a different caliber and looked nothing like what I said yes to. the order was still wrong with not all parts that where paid for and no intrusions cam with it. it was so poorly packed in a short no rip bag and the part was just in the backpack that was on the order I'm amazed it wasn't broken. After 2 weeks of back and for they wanted me to pay for shipping the part back then pay for the restocking fee and pay to ship a new part. all with no written guaranty that they would finally get the right product to me. This is an amazingly poorly run company with the worst sales and customer service .As much as I liked the product is the past I will wait until a similar one hits the market. Buyer be ware on this company. total rip off

Ordered a part for my gun. It was $317 and never received it and they will not respond at all for a refund and tracking isn’t valid anymore. Scam do not buy from them!!!

I bought their IDF jacket 15 or 20 years ago. I loved it even after it wore out and I just recently ordered a NEW one. It is better than the first one and it's warmer than similar stateside big name brands. The price was good and delivery speed was OK. Communication was excellent. What else can anyone expect. Highly recommended product and company!

ordered a Fast ballistic helmet, was in stock.
Charged me for item, then got email several days later saying the item wasn't in stock, asking me to please "hurry and pick another color" before those are out of stock.

Replied with how unprofessional that was, and that I would NOT be choosing another item unless a discount was provided.

They replied several days later with "will forward to our customer service department"

Never heard from them again.

Item in mention is listed as in stock still.

Scam, do not purchase items from this store.

I ordered both the vertical and horizontal magazine carrier for the ar-15. The package arrived quickly and the customer service was great!

In my opinion, the vertical mag carrier works great for an ar-15 with a pistol grip and the horizontal magazine carrier works better with a in-line rifle grip like my Keltec Su-16. I say this because it doesn't impede your support hand on the foregrip nor your grip on the firing grip on either of my rifle. Lastly, both mag carriers only fit STAGNAG (GI) mags, not my PMAGs, which is fine for me. I love this concept of this magazine carrier because I can grab my rifle in a stressful home defense situation and have a full mag alongside it. Great product and wonderful customer service and look forward to buying more products in the future!

Ordered a brace on June 11 it's now the 17th and I called my bank and was told it hasn't been processed. This is after I was told it shipped and was given a tracking number. So my bank out a stop payment on it.

Ordered an item, buyed express shiping 2-8 bussines days. Now is the 29 day, I'm still waithing. Thinking, that i will not get the order... company of sh....it, NOT RECOMENDED!

Bad, just bad

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Very unprofessional and careless service. Did not receive my package and lost my money. Basically, they just stole my money.
After18 months of emails exchange with their customer service, they told me that they are sorry and their policy doesn’t allow them to refund me. What a joke. Thinking about taking them to a small claim court!

Recently received my MCK for my Taurus G3c and everything is great quality wise, my only problem with this company is their customer service. There is no way to call or text and their email service is, on a good day, able to answer 1 email a day. I had to resort to coming here and leaving a review in order to receive a more in depth answer but other than problems listed, great products.

Made am order one month ago and never got it. Now I am struggling to get my refund. If you buy here, use PayPal

I have been waiting for my package for 44 days, IDS refers me to USPS. But they never received a package. This appears to be a scam.

On Google I have the review with screenshots and tracking ID of my package as proof as well as the email from IDS. My parcel was sent as priority mail and should be with me in 4-15 working days. Customer service is slow to respond and doesn't address the problem at all. Today is April 3rd and I haven't heard anything.
