When I ordered my two new holsters, I also ordered two belt attachments for them. I only received one belt attachment. Plus, I have tried to call support to explain what happened and see when a belt attachment can be delivered for what I paid for. As of this text, no answer from support.

I wrote and asked if they had a holster for the make and model of my weapon to include the optic sight and light on my weapon and was provided the exact model I needed to order. The order was expedited and received my package in less than 7 days.

Tracking doesn’t work! Have no idea where package is or if and when it will arrive. The link is worthless

FRAUD. I bought a helmet with a ballistic visor, but they sent me a helmet without a visor. They apologize and offer me a 15% discount for my next purchase, but they don't send me the item I bought.

At April 11th we placed an order for several items (rails, stocks and grips for AK47).
It appeared that some of the items are not available and some should be available on the following week (as we was told). We agreed buy other hand guard rails instead of originally ordered ones, pay the difference. And receive first part of the order ASAP and the rest once available.
During checks on customs it appeared that they sent us wrong item: hand guard rail for SVD.
At that point all the emailing took 2 months. And there weren’t any estimations on buttocks and second rail availability (still "will be available on the next week").
Ordering from this store lost all the meanings (because it supposed to be quick-win solution, while problems with stock in EU). So we decline items and requested refund.
We were told that refund is possible once items will be returned to the warehouse. And it's already there for few months (we could track it via FedEx).
But we still receiving replies from their support that "there are no information from our team on that matter".
And there are no refund, obviously.

I ordered my first MCK for an M and P .40 and my full-size 40 does not fit and i don’t have a Number i can call from this is real defense company!?!? ALSO i ordered another one for my glock weeks ago and i still haven’t been updated with tracking information. I don’t even know if it’s coming. I need to send the one for a MandP back as my mandp doesn’t fit. I’m so disappointed
