Recoil reduction spring Backorder
I ordered a recoil reduction spring that was on backorder but nothing on the website indicated the item was out of stock. I received an email today informing me the item was on backorder.

Customer service is horrible, not buying from here again.
I feel as if my calls are screened. Whenever I call, I never get an answer but the same lady calls me back asking what I need.
I try to cancel my item, she tells me it was already sent out. I tell her I never received a tracking number, she sends it to me only to find out it’s still in the warehouse but she refuses to have it cancelled. It’s too much to type, just a bad company overall. I’ll be sure to put this on social media soon.

We are truly sorry to hear this is how you feel - This is definitely not our intention, nor is this the case.
The same customer representative replied each time, being as she is the one incharge of customer service. This is definitely not a matter of lack of willingness to assist.
There is an option of cancelling an order within 48 hour once received in the system. Your request to cancel was received at a later stage, once the order was already being processed between warehouses. Logistically this can be complicated which is why we do not allow return at this stage, just like many other companies.
Please note that even while the order is already heading to you, there is always an option to return the item, as stated in our policies. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist with the process.

Horrible customer service, no email to tell when item was shipped. Only received part of my shipment. Was told it was not their problem because item was shipped and received. So now I am out those two items and their cost. Will not use or recommend this store.

I never received my item
I never received my item and after a month exchanging emails with customer service without a concrete answer, the conclusion was they didn’t receive an answer from the courier they chose to ship my product and wasn’t going to replace my order or make me a refund. In conclusion I lost my 300$+

We are sorry the process has been unsatisfactory, however, it is truly out of our hands.
When placing the order, you selected free, most basic form of shipping. There is an option of upgrading the shipping, as well as purchasing insurance.
The tracking shows the package was delivered to your residence, on time, "signed by agent". This means someone in your surroundings signed for your package, This is not unusual for USPS or other shipping couriers to do.
If indeed USPS, over the phone, confirmed to you the package was lost, this does not reflect in their tracking information.
As the receiver of the package, we did inform you that you must be the one to file a complaint with USPS. It cannot be done on our end.
We did file a claim with the Israeli postal service, but since the package changes hands over to USPS, they can only confirm what USPS already has said.
We understand this is upsetting, but do hope you understand that the receiving and delivery part of the process is out of our hands.
If we can assist with any additional information for your claim, please let us know.

Good deal/ good price
This is a great deal. Good price for the holster and Fobus quality. Hard to find holsters for APX pistols and Px4's too. This is holster is for APX.
Tight and no slip fit. A little wear on one edge, but not unusual for kyodex/synthetic holster. Only thing to make transaction better would be some sort of tracking number. But I would not hesitate to buy from IDS again!

Excellent sandals
I have worn Source sandals for around 20 years. This is my first replacement pair and the first pair is still pretty decent. I would order a half size up. I did have trouble in getting the right size.
