I am a new user to Issuetrak. We are using it to track customer product complaints. I have found the product to be very customizable and full of features. Though the use of Quick picks and custom screens we have been able to create a system that is very easy for the users to enter the data we need to track customer complaints. Our trainer, Paul Harris, did a great job during our training sessions and has been very helpful in tweaking the system to fit our needs. Great product!

A very scalable cloud based solution that their support staff can easily help you with. I was looking for a product that we could start very simply with and expand with small steps to be comfortable before we expanded to the next program expansion and further business integration.
