This was a horrible customer experience and hurt my relationship with my client. The deleted my press release without telling me (i have screenshots) even after I paid for it. There is no phone number for customer service and no one returns emails. I had to call my credit card to cancel it. I think this company is based in India and is a scam based on my experiences. Luckily my amex refunded me the money. ago with another service.

I am new at posting a press release. I've had no idea how to do so. However, Issuewire is easy to post a press release. I am satisfied with their distribution network. Looking forward to more PR posts.

advertise all these wonderful abilities and resources that make you feel that this service might be a promising option to get your press release out there and offer to give you your first press release for free. However they keep telling you that your press release is not approved and they'll get it approved for distribution, but you have to buy their paid services in order to get it to where it can be released. No, don't buy into this. I worked for two major news media businesses and I can tell you that this company is undoubtedly a scam. I am also pretty sure this company is based in China because of the times they return emails and the broken English responses. I wholeheartedly truly believe these are the last people you want to trust with your press release.

Avoid Issuewire at all costs. I paid for their $65 top tier press release package and all they did was put my press release on the same sub-domain website "Market Minute".

One link I checked said that it was on "Fort Wayne's Focused on the Fort" which is an NBC affiliate. They had the NBC logo from Fort Wayne and everything on the header of the fake website. When I googled Fort Wayne's Focused on the Fort" and looked under Press Releases, my PR wasn't even there, nor did they show ANY Issuewire Press Releases there.

This is a total scam. Stay away!

scammers, I pay 20 days ago but press release are still pending. they dont refund money, they dot anything.

Garbage service and company based on lies and overall scam. All these positive reviews here are fake and this is 1000% scam. I paid 3 times for the service received 1 service press release is written like kindergarten story published in news magazines that basically don’t exist and are not indexed by any search engine. Rather dump your money in trash than give it to these scammers

Issuewire sent out a press release that exceeded my expectations. The sponsored ads on LinkedIn and Twitter was successful reaching thousands. I recommend their service and would utilize their service for future press releases.

I used Issuewire to manage for my clients in USA. The company is really good and the Distribution bulk package is nice.

However I would say they should increase the distribution list more

I was sceptical at first but really happy to use the site

The first few time I used the service, it was great. But then again I was new and had no experience nor anything to compare it to. The last couple of times they have fallen flat and the release was pure TRASH. They released my info into agricultural markets and other markets that have nothing to do with my business nor the info contained in the release. I NEVER have been so disgusted. Don't use this service. As a matter of fact, I could only find traces of two links my release was featured in. HORRIBLE !!!!!!

Paid for a $65 press release distribution. Received a link to what the press release would look like once it was approved. Was contacted by a salesman. He stood up the call. I called back and asked for someone to contact me same guy set up a emailed and set up a call and then stood up that call. I have emailed them many times and it's still not been able to contact anyone in person or get an answer as to whether or not my $65 press release was approved or distributed and to where it was distributed. I will not use them again

Would have given 5 out of 5 but as the PdF report took 5 days to get.I got about 3000 clicks plus the additional promotion I brought is useful. will be using your service. Send me the report in Time I will give you 5 +++

Have used Issuewire for 3 years now. Painless and easy way to put out press releases and also have them written. Communication is effective and responses are speedy.

My company decided to try to Issuewire, inspite of seeing any complains I decided to go ahead and publish with them. After the press release was approved I started seeing result within a day . Receive more than 700 clicks for the package and it's going on .

I am planing on buying the other packages now.

This company missed 2 press releases in a week. The client blamed me for missing the news announcement and the only thing this press release company did was apologize and offer me 20 percent off my next release. Horrible HORRIBLE customer experience. Don't use them especially if you have timely important news to release with a big client.
