How much are you thinking of spending with Issuewire? Great, now take it out of your wallet, open the nearest window, and throw it away - because that's what you're basically doing. Our institute wanted a bit of extra press release for a new book "The Heuristic Triangle" so we opted for the pro tier 2 option with all the extras, Google, Pininterest, Linkedin, Yahoo, Twitter, etc ($150). Categories were Research, Education, Science, Books, Technology. And were promised a pdf of a 1000 links to these areas. Here's
What we got 400 links to american farmers & grain distributors (not kidding, got the proof), weather channels, sports companies, and a mish mash of very local tv stations in USA *(thats the CNN, MBC, FOX thing), not one book, research, technology, etc, etc we asked for, not one.
If you look at their website and work out the number of views from these categories and links they promise its about 20k-40k views. Sounds great? Here's what we actually got:
Twitter, they posted it on their homepage (they have less followers than us) and no proof of how many actually saw it
Google, and no I'm not kidding, 187 views
Pininterest, never heard about it again and still no refund
Linkedin, refused to deal wth them and refund still not repaid
The 1000 links to Educational, books, technology, etc, sites? 2500 views (im sure the farmers were amused)
All in all, bottom line? They took our money and did nothing. Not one book was ordered, not one reporter called, not one interview ever took place. So, again, How much do you want to throw out the window?

Total scam. They claim to use Google Adwords but don't for your release after you pay for it. Their Reporting is complete crap. They gave me a coupon, because I caught them scamming me repeatedly and it didn't work. Then they replaced it with one that was less than what I was supposed to get and it, too, didn't work.
You can never claim your CREDITS because they do not exist on the dashboard when you try and redeem them.
They are nothing but SCAMMERS from INDIA that provide you with the absolute worst customer service; they are total LIARS.

They've responded in typical dishonest fashion. What I've said is even more true, now.
You guys know damn well what the issue is but you do nothing but play games.
I've been owed free press releases because your "credits" are a complete scam and cannot be redeemed on your dashboard and you guys know this, as I've raised this issue in the past with you over and over again!
Then, instead of honoring my credits and giving me free press releases, you give me a measley coupon, as an insult, and if that wasn't bad enough, you guys make it for 30% off and it is non redeemable! When I complain, you gave me a different one and it was for only 20% off, further insulting me!
You owe me refunds to my payment account and not fake credits and coupons!

Cheap and easy but doesn't bring any traction to your PR
The platform is easy to use but although you can select categories, your PR can end up on websites totally irrelevant to your client's business/news.
Also, NONE of the websites is contacting you after to get additional info, they publish the PR as such, so all duplicate content and many of the websites are spammy.
it's cheap but you get what you buy.

I suspect the 5 star reviews here are phony. My press Release set there for four days before they did anything. Then they sent a message asking for my company website, which they already had. Then it went to review and finally published. Their report shows it was never published or picked up by ANYONE. Scam or not, they were not effective for me.
