The website I stupidly bought from is a SCAM. The "orthopaedic" slippers cost me a fortune and when they eventually arrived I was horrified to discover I could buy them from a well-known Chinese website for a few pounds (the photograph was identical to the veridimoda.com photo). The footwear was nothing like the website description - they were definitely not orthopaedic or supportive, had dangerous plastic soles and weighed less than a pair of socks. Cheap and nasty tat. I emailed immediately on delivery with a request for return and refund but spent the next month pursuing them. It has been an extremely frustrating experience for me and I felt cheated so I got my credit card company to intervene. A refund was made to my card yesterday.....so pursue it and DON'T GIVE UP. Veridimoda and istylemall.com should be banned from the internet....scammers.

ordered caterpillar boots got tacky looking boots that look nothing like what i ordered . i emailed them for return if i do not hear back i will contest charge in my card

Stay away from them! Not only you will wait awfully long to receive your order but they will send you nothing else but cheap and fake imitation of what you could see on their website. I just received a pair of boots, it supposed to be caterpillar boots what I received is some cheap imitation, even the boots soles are different from what they advertised… Complete waste of time and money…

Took a long time to receive the order for a pair of boots. The boots were NOTHING like pictured on their website, they were plastic, not leather, and cheap rubber on the soles and heels. They get you to buy what you see in the picture, and then trade it out for something cheap that looks similar. Don't waste your money. I will wear these in the hog pen, as that's about all they are good for.

have yet to recieve these boots, this company truley should be banned from any website, am very disappointed .

Just take 45 days for a Boot I buy it just came from China. The quality sucks and there is nothing about to the pictures not even close.

This company is full of crap..3 month and still waiting for merchandise...and they're telling mevt was delivered...rip of artists...never catch me again...they deserve below zero stars

DONT SEND THEM MONEY!! The product quality depicted is not what you will receive. The leather and snake skin are fake and the soles are what you would expect to find on a Halloween costume. When I filled for a return I was blocked from the website!!

I bought 3 pair of their leather shoes, and are truly pleased with the style and comfort. I’ve gotten many compliments on them.

This company had me waiting almost a month for shoes they advertised on Facebook. When they finally arrived, they looked nothing like the shoes advertised. I know I got scammed. Stay away from this fake ass site. I will never trust anything advertised on Facebook again without reading independent reviews again. I bought two pair and they are ugly and cheap versions of the shoes they advertised. Never again.

My husband ordered boot did not like them wanted to return them and this company refused
They said they would refund 75%of the money and has not to this day

FAKE PRODUCT!!!!!!!! I, LIKE MANY OTHER, BOUGHT A PAIR OF BOOTS BASED ON A FACEBOOK VIDEO. WHAT I RECEIVED WERE NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS IN THE VIDEO. THEY WERE CHEAP PLASTIC INSTEAD OF 100% COWHIDE LEATHER. ALMOST NO SOLE. HORRIBLY HORRIBLY CHEAP. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM AND THEY OFFERED ME TO KEEP THE BOOTS AND RECEIVE A 10% CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE PURCHASES. I DEMANDED A REFUND. THEN THEY OFFERED A 20% FUTURE DISCOUNT. I AGAIN DEMANDED A REFUND. THEN THEY OFFERED A 30% FUTURE DISCOUNT. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE BACK THESE HORRIBLE-LOOKING BOOTS.

The shoes received were WRONG!
I ordered sandals you sent shoes....30 percent back is not worth fighting for so do know I will NEVER ORDER from you again!

I purchased a pair of boots. What I received did not match the boots on this Co website that offers 100% money back guaranty for any disatisfaction. After few emails they refuse to take the boots back. They only offer me about 30% credit and I keep the boots. I will not wear boots that do not match the description on their website and sooo poor quality. I will continue to look for ways to get my full refund.

They wrote back to me e for the 2nd time that the best they could do for sending out the wrong boots was a 30% refund and to keep the cheap ass boots that they originally set me..Am No. Full refund or send the boots I ordered

I ordered the boots in their ad and received cheap look alike with flimsy flat soles instead of the attractive sole shown on the boots. They are scammers! They offered me 30% and I keep the boots! BULL CRAP!

Do not purchase anything from this company! This is a total scam. If you read the reviews all of us have gone through almost the same thing. I ordered the cowboy boots shown on videos and pictures. I even paid extra, to get the item faster. By the way, it took longer than of I didn't pay any extra money. They claimed that they were unique and that for that reason it will take 1 extra week to deliver it. I got to the point that I was going to cancel my credit card transaction. When I finally got the boots, first it wasn't what I order. The material was of low quality (cheap), second it wasn't my size (smaller) and third, the sole, which it was a selling point was not what you saw in the videos/pictures. The soles were like dressing shoes soles (thin and flat).. immediately I r ached out to customer service and requested to return and refund my money back. A few emails came in trying to negotiate and offer d me 30%, 40% and up to 50% refund and asked me to keep the boots. I do not have a need for something I can't use. I want my full refund! The won't follow their return/refund policy which states that if you contact them within 30 days they will email you a shipping label to return the boots and they will refund your money. After I showed them their own policy, then they went silent. Do not purchase anything from this company! Istylemall is a scam. If you read all other reviews the got the same thing. The wrong item and then they r fused to refund your money. A complete scam!

Sh** scam company. I'm going to sue them for fraud and theft, for being fake, fraudulent, it's a sh** fake company.
