Terrible shop / website

Terrible shop / website. They are offering a lot of high quality brands in their ads, but all these items are “out of stock”

Most funny of everything: they react to my bad review. Not a word about all the “out of stock” items. I was willing to buy items, but these are simply not available. This reaction says a lot of the people behind this crap.

Best of the Best

First of all, 5 Stars is not enough, would love to give IsuiT 6, especially for having Andrea @ the Customer support. Questions will be answered quickly via WhatsApp and the pieces from them are fantastico. Also the delivery is very fast. I am addicted to so many things at this Store. ITALIAN, neapolitan Fashion at its best with great prices. Thank you very much isuit! We have a Match :) will Order soon again!

Outstanding service and beautiful sweaters

I ordered three sweaters. All exceeded my expectations in looks and quality. I received an additional 10% coupon code. It would not work. I emailed the issue and it was resolved immediately. The shipping to the USA was fast. I'm very pleased and have earmarked IsuiT for future purchases.

Exceptional Service.

Exceptional Service.

I have ordered from Isuit in the past and have provided a favorable TrustPilot review.
Recently, I ordered a Isaia scarf and it arrived in quick order. The scarf was, however, defective and needed to be returned to Italy.
This was handled swiftly and with no inconvenience to me.
Isuit’s friendly representative handled all details and the scarf was returned, uneventfully, followed immediately by a refund for the purchase.

Isuit is a worry-free retailer, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

ISUIT is the best platform!!

ISUIT is the world best Italian top brands buying platform, especially for Napoli based. I've been purchased lots of items since 2021 and all products are very good with reasonable price ranges. Also, their customer support is great!! not like other platform... Last month, I had one sweater, but it was too tight, so I chatted them for exchange; they immediately, prepared one big size for me with a free DHL and now I'm waiting for it. The name of CS team is Andrea and he is great!!
