Mixed Bag.
I've been ordering on ISUIT for a number of years. I placed an order on the Pre-Black Friday Sale and it was excellent, fast delivery. 5 Stars. However I received an email on the 27/11/23 saying 20% off ALL Collections so I perused the site and ordered 2 Isaia shirts and a Gran Sasso top. When I went to order there was only 20 % off the Gran Sasso top.I contacted ISUIT on Chat and they said no Discount on Isaia Shirts despite the Email saying 20% off on ALL Collections! I then queried about the Email sent and ISUIT refused to answer. That is terrible Customer Service to a regular Client, so I have deducted 2 Stars. ISUIT should be ashamed of this, first of all false advertising and secondly no regard for a loyal customer.
