But the correct and professional attitude of both Andrea and ceo piergiuseppe made me change my mind . So because of the correct treatment and the good quality of the products I will buy from this company at the first opportunity that I will need something again

Some mishaps, but very professional response
This time I had a couple of mishaps: one Kiton shirt with faded color, one with loosely stitched and different color buttons, one was wrong. However still a good experience: quick response to complaints, quick reimbursement, trying to find a solution

Service people are very responsive but have very limited product know-how and do not seem to be able to professionally manage issues and complaints. Probably too junior.

Have not received my jeans yet, but when I contacted Isuit via whatsapp, they gave me a very good service. When asked for bigger size they offered me another model which was much more expensive without extra cost. Looking forward to receive. Great weekend 🙏

Returning customer and even more happy than the first time I ordered
Yet another top quality Kiton suit at about 1/3 of the RRP. Customer service is good too as I had reason to contact iSUIT about import taxes to the UK and they were both prompt and accurate in their response.
One word of warning for UK customers...as a result of Brexit there is likely to be a 12% import charge if you are buying a wool-based item, and 20% VAT on top of that. iSUIT is clear and open about this in their Ts&Cs, but I mention it as the additional charges may come as a shock to the unwary.

Please be aware - they don´t refund the purchase price after return
I ordered two suits. 5 days later the suits still weren´t shipped so I canceled the order. After the cancelation they shipped the suits. Then I asked several times for a return label which the shop just ignored. So i paid more than 50 EUR and returned the suits. They confirmed that they received the suits back, but after sending three mails and 14 days later I still don´t get my money back. Please be aware.
