Disgraceful customer servive
Arrived quickly after ordering - product as described and seems good so far. However due to a payment issue with PayPal or iSwegway they required the payment made again which in itself was fine but the attitude and customer service doing this was abject and disrespectful - threatening a customer with debt collectors due to now fault of their own as it either lay with PayPal or iSwegway - never known anything like it - must be an all time low.
