Trust me don't waste your time buying…

Trust me don't waste your time buying from this company! They have the worst customer service!!! I purchased some clothing for my baby's photoshoot and they sent me the wrong pants. I called to tell them about the issue and they told me that,
I first needed to email them pictures of the item, then wait to hear back from them and then I can send the item back. After which I then wait since more for them to receive the item before I can get the correct thing or have my money sent back. I asked to speak with a manager and conveniently there weren't any available. This was a mistake they made and I should be punished for it? Horrible company! My child will never wear their clothing!!!

I live in United Kingdom permanently…

I live in United Kingdom permanently but i travel a lot because of work so I tried to order from them online while I was abroad because I'm frequent customer and i buy a lot from their shop in London,because i love the quality of their clothes. But now I'm shocked how they treat their customers, I had an issue of returning my online order, I sent the item back couple weeks ago, courier service team told me that it didn't reached their sorting site,I can't find any return tracking information on their website either, no money has been returned, their customer service team is not replying for my messages...
Who treats their customers like that ?
I advise you do not order from them online, don't spend money for the company who doesn't care of their customers.

The worst customer service

The delivery and returns procedure is the worst I have experience. Took 9 days to deliver and refuse to return my goods as they weren't reported within 14 days.

Will never use Benetton again.

Hi, your zips for the bed linen have a very bad quality - that is unbelievable.
Do not produce that bad quality in China, your company can make this better.

Problem with cancelled order

Update:
After this review the money was transferred back to my bank account. So I changed the review from 1 to 3 stars.
Thank you Benetton for fixing this problem. I hope next time it will be less effort to get my money back.

A while ago I ordered clothing at the Benetton website. Later I noticed the order was canceled (for no reason), but I still paid €255!
So I contacted customer care and told them about the order being cancelled. I also sent them proof of my payment. After some e-mails back and fort they said it was some error from there side and they told me they will transfer the money back to my bank account as soon as possible.
Now a month (!) later I still don't have my money back! I emailed Benetton several times about this and they where not helpfull at all. Lately customer care doesn't even reply to my e-mails anymore, they just ignore!
I'm very disappointed. €255 is a lot of money for me, they don't respect customers at all!
Before all of this I thought very highly of Benetton and I was a loyal customer. This was a very bad experience.

Shipping to European countries

Shipping to European countries is not possible. Goods from Benetton.it are relatively cheaper than from Benetton.com. However if you can only use Benetton.it if you live in Italy. Shipment outside Italy is not possible. This is really bad customer service.

BENETTON IS GARBAGE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING. The online portal to get a return approved doesn't actually exist. For US customers, there's custom's paperwork without clear instructions. No one actually answers the phone. I spent as much as I did expecting to be able to return what didn't fit and now I'm stuck with it.

Do not buy online from Benetton

Do not buy online from Benetton. I returned a pair of shoes that didn't fit me and almost three months later I still haven't received a refund. I get the same excuses that others here have received saying they are looking into the situation. Benetton! Refund MY money as I returned the goods as per your instruction. The worst online customer experience I have ever had. Never again with this company.

The worst Customer Care service ever!

My package arrived a day after I left for vacations - although I asked Customer Care to pay for express delivery in order to make sure I receive it before I left, but such service was not available. I came back from vacations 16 days later, meaning that the 14 days they allow you to make return had already passed. I sent several e-mails to the Customer Care explaining that it was impossible to have made my return in 14 days and I asked them to understand and make an exception since it's a vacation season in Greece. When they replied that no exception can be made, I asked to contact a supervisor, but they denied once again. It's like talking to a robot, zero understanding and zero flexibility! I have never seen a worse service in any retail company ever!

first time decided to buy online at Benetton Italy. Excellent experience!! arrived in no time and actually everything fits and looks exactly like at the pictures on the website , couldn't expect more! Luckily I didn't need to return anything so I can't review return procedure.

no respect

Worst brand which does care about costumers. In Greece Zakynthos they dont accept return in physical shops!!! Only stupid will bring his money to the shop where he is not respected.

Shocking service

Shocking service. I have waited 3 weeks for a refund so far (order P01974444) and my parcel has not even left the UK, never mind arrived in Italy. Benetton won’t issue a refund - they just say they are doing verifications. They should refund urgently then investigate. I didn’t choose the courier company - they did! Avoid this company at all costs.

Utterly disgusted after purchasing some…

Utterly disgusted after purchasing some items online, returned 3 out of 7, items posted in March, by end of May I still have no refund, Benetton making a mockery out of their clients, blaming Brexit, blaming the transporter, missing custom declaration, but taking no responsibility, sending half arsed emails of apologies, like that is a substitute for a monetary refund. At no point was mentioned that the products are coming from Italy and they'll be sent back to Italy, at no point was it a requirement to complete a custom declaration. Utterly disgusted and never again a client!

Beautiful items will order again

Was hesitant to order as I had read the mixed reviews but I really loved the tops they had, lovely prints and actually cotton not polyester. I ordered anyway and they arrived exactly on time (7 days from order to delivery) and really pleased with purchases. Will order again.

I placed an order with Benetton on 11/01/21 on 28/01 and no parcel, I emailed them and was told due to brexit there was a delay. I then received an email from ups on 05/02 to say that they had lost my parcel and would let me know the outcome of the investigation in 15 days. After sending numerous emails with no reply I called them on 26/02 and was told that they had not received any information from ups and could not issue me a refund. I asked if someone could call me back on Monday with an update and no one did! I then called back on Tuesday 02/03 and was told the same thing no refund as they had not heard from ups. She said she would contact ups and call me back, which she did not. I then called again on Friday 05/03 and spoke to a very unhelpful Alice who said again no refund. I asked to speak to a manger and they were all busy! Alice said the same again no refund as they had had nothing from ups. It has been 2 months I have no goods and they have my money which they are refusing to refund! Absolutely disgusted and very disappointed with this customer service. I have been a customer for many many years and will not be shopping with them again and will be telling everyone I know not to shop with them!

I received an email from Benetton stating that my return has been accepted and $74 will be returned to my payment method. Still waiting... NO REFUND. I'M DONE WITH BENETTON!! It's actually pretty sad because I've been a long time Benetton lover since the 90's and they LOST a loyal customer.

Nightmare!

Nightmare!! Avoid at all cost!!

I've been three weeks waiting for a refund of one of three items I returned. They keep giving me excuses like "the escalated department is researching about the issue" and bla bla. They refuse to refund my money, even when I sent the items in perfect state, unused, with labels and same package and plastic bags. I have initiated an official claim in the European customers protection office and I encourage you to do the same thing if you have problems with them.

Edited after Benetton answer:

Dear Benetton, it's funny that you take the time to give me these details in Trust Pilot and you don't do in your direct communications with me via email. It would be nice if you have explained this in our direct communication. I generate two labels because your system didn't allow me to generate one only label.
I will update this if Benetton refunds the money... Looking forward to it...
