Everything perfect: excellent products at low prices. Received also before planned.

I do not think is correct to pay the cost of returning a product that arrived defective

Excellent experience, simple and intuitive management.

The only two areas for improvement:
- Multi-brand shopping in a single order
- Shipping costs are very high

I have received material damaged and it is not the first time. My experience with Privalia can be considered closed. I’m fully disappointed

Good products and brands at competitive prices. Deliveries are slow and the policy of returns is annoying.

The prices are unbeatable; however, the delivery time was quite long.
My first impression was that some of the products didn’t seem completely brand new — although I might be mistaken. They looked as if they had been previously opened or possibly returned, as they were slightly dusty and not in the condition you would expect when taking them out of the packaging for the first time.
That said, overall I believe the brand quality and the discounted prices are fair enough to compensate for the longer delivery time

Time of delivery extremely long and description of goods is often unclear and missing important details. This is even more annoying considering high cost of return

this is the second time I ordered the same brand because of the price and knowing the quality of the product. I wasn't at all disappointed. Shipping has been punctual and as the company promised, it arrived on time.

Satisfied with the service, fast and accurate shipping. It's a shame that 13 days passed between the actual order date and the shipping preparation date. For a pair of Braun toothbrushes, this might be a bit too long. I recommend specifying the expected processing time on the website or when confirming the order.

Good experience, the shoes are likes the Sales post, the price is very conveniente and the lead time has been like the previsioni.

I recently bought two items and I’m very satisfied with my purchases, Privalia has always respected the shipping times. However, I sometimes don’t buy there because of the shipping costs or because the delivery times are longer than others.

The products offer good value, but the packaging and delivery should be improved. The sealing label on a gift box was detached on arrival, so the box could not be used as a gift.

They must improve the delivery package and the courier. We have received one product which was a gift with a broken box. Not nice for a gift

The package was crushed and the box inside was damaged, there was only 1 shoe inside the box.

I expected a more robust fabric and a bigger oper opening with more buttons to insert the quilt
