All good but the box that contained the trolley I bought was totally destroyed. Unacceptable delivery service

I really like Privalia, it has many discounts, some of which are quite high. The package arrived on time and was of good quality.

I ordered a pair of eyes Glass and a winter head warmer, I received the eyeglass yesterday after numerous postponed dates of delivery, the winterheadwear is yet to arrived, i ordered the two items together, honestly I'm not happy.

The sweatcher satisfies the aspectatives but it is part of summer collection and on line it was not specified.

Order tracking doesn't work. Waiting time for delivery very very long.

I received a bag that cost a total of 45 euros. The bag arrived ruined and nothing like the pictures — all the stitching was broken. I was able to return it, but I had to pay 7 euros for the return shipping. I think this is completely unfair. In the end, it’s Privalia’s fault, and I ended up spending 7 euros for nothing.

I also understood that if there had been other items in my order, I wouldn’t have been refunded the shipping costs at all. That’s unbelievable! Shame on you!

Even if the purchase was made on that occasion, the delivery of a Borsalino hat in a plastic bag that the courier crushed to put it in the mailbox is not justified.

Purtroppo, la spedizione è un po' costosa rispetto ad altre piattaforme e soprattutto se si acquistano prodotti da campagne di vendita diverse, si paga la spedizione per ogni marchio e non viene organizzata una unica spedizione, è un peccato.

The website and selection filters are quite well designed. Quality merchandise at very low prices, excellent!
Unfortunately, shipping is a bit expensive compared to other platforms and especially if you purchase products from different sales campaigns, you pay shipping for each sales campaign and aren't scheduled for a single shipment. That's a shame.

Too slow in the delivery, too many days since the order

Very positive experience, so many multi-brand offers at various levels. Very interesting proposals both in terms of product offerings and prices. Some deliveries are a bit slow, but it's worth it.

the price - quality ratio is unbeatable.
however: a) size descriptions aren't precise. The bag i purchased is smaller than what was stated on the website. I measured my current purse to make sure it was the same size, and it isn't.
Secondly, shipping is way too high. I am now keeping this bag because Shipping already was 7€, I would have to add another 7€ to return. that is 14€ thrown in the trash, amounting to 30% of the value of the purse. So I keep it.

I booked 3 orders in a month and I can say I’m very satisfied.
Starting Point to improve: reduce times to delivery.
