Could I give you 0 stars I would have!

Could I give you 0 stars I would have!
I purchased a gift card for 100 Euro. When wanting to use the card it did not work! I contacted Italian Delights several times over months to get this solved. Finally I got a new gift card code and ordered some food products. BUT they have never arrived, and I have now sent several mails again, searching Italian Delight employees via LinkedIn and Facebook, but do STILL not get a reply. DO NOT NBUY FROMTHIS COMPANY!

Long delivery

Looks like you should consider changing the courier. The delivery was first scheduled for Wednesday, now it's Friday and their website says that they don't know when it will be delivered. So my food will be in transit for over a week. I strongly advise against ordering from Italian Delights 👎🏻

A mixed bag

I ordered som nice charcuterie and cheeses, and quiickly recieved an order confirmation. They promise shipment within 48 hours, but I have received no shipping information nor delivery 8 days later. They also do not reply to e-mails inquiring on the status. I wonder if this is a scam site?

Update: Finally contact was made through the web-site chat function. They had delayed shipment due to one item being delayed. It was very unfortunate that they did not communicate this, but they then acted quickly and arranged an expedited FedEx shipment which saved the day.
