Delicious food and wonderful service. We had the caprese bruschetta, truffle pasta and tiramisu…each item was perfect! And the waitress was so friendly and lovely. No hesitations to recommend this cosy restaurant.

All the goods were delivered but there could have been a direct link to see where my order was. I had to ask for the DHL link. The packaging could have been better, my cookies were left on top and got squished, so many of them were broken in small pieces.

The first time I ordered
The first time I ordered, part of the order was missing in the package that I received. When I reported it they sent me the missing part of the order, but in packages of 200g instead of 400g.
Thereafter I made and paid for a new order, but a few days later received an email that it was out of stock and that they had refunded my money. So then I looked at their website to see if I could order something different but what I ordered before was still showing as available, though many other things were marked as out of stock. I didn't bother to re-order because I was sort of tired of the confusion.

AVOID!!! Absolutely AWFUL company!
Absolutely AWFUL company!! Ordered a 3 pack detergent, arrived in a box with all bottles leaked in the box, spent 1 hour cleaning the mess. Contacted them with pictures to ask for a refund and they offered a ‘30% refund for the product loss’ They asked me to send back the empty sticky containers if I wanted a full refund but courier didn’t show up. AVOID them by all means!!
UPDATE: after I posted this review they have cancelled the return and stopped answering!!

This website was a huge discovery ! Due to the holiday season the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the customer service was very prompt and offered all the information needed through the entire process. The package was really well sealed and everything was intact (I ordered a lot of bottles and jars :) ). As for the products, I have no words. Very good quality, rare products that you can only find while visiting Italy, but with the comfort of ordering from your own home. I have placed quite a diverse order including flour, rice, tomato juices, jams, pesto, biscuits etc. and everything was delicious. Definitely will order again !
