Great products, fast shipping
The products are great, the delivery was fast. I'm glad to get italian products directly to my home in Germany.
Unfortunately the cookies were mostly broken when I received it.

the customer service has answered you and from a camera check and a check of our warehouse, the product you say you have not received, we have sent it.
The customer service has only kindly asked you, why you complained after 12 days from the delivery of the package, if any of your family members had taken the product without your knowledge.
We also sent you an email, but you didn't reply.
We are sorry for what happened, thanks in advance for your understanding.
Poor attention on boxing
I received two different boxes: one containing two milk boxes (which was fine) and another box which contained 4 packages of cookies and 4 packages of chips. Due to the poor attention on boxing it, everything was put together without protection layers. That’s why when I unboxed it two out of four chips packages had exploded and the potatoes chips got everywhere. The poor cookies got smashed as well during the transportation operations; luckily not everything got waisted.
Second feedback: the Customer Service contacted me to check about the inconvenience; they offered to reimburse part of the money I spent on the waisted food. I find that the operator, Marco, tried his best to give me the best customer experience. I appreciate it.

Basically happy, but...
I'm basically happy with the goods, but I'm definitely not happy with the packaging. First, DHL had to repackage most of the order when it was halfway through. Second, a larger quantity of glass jars was packed together without spacers. This caused half of them to open up and have to be thrown out. I will probably shop there again, but I really hope they will improve their packaging.
I was contacted by customer service and they refunded the discarded items.
That's why I'm upgrading from 3 to 4 stars.
