Waited 2 Months instead of 2 Weeks for shoes that were supposed to be full leather, but is all plastic with horrible quality. STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY HERE. I had to ask 4 times for my shoes and got them after 2 Months. DONT BUY HERE. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!

In my experience, Italian Shoes Company has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. I placed an order with full payment, only to have it never delivered. The entire process felt downright fraudulent to me—they took the money, then practically vanished.

What made it worse was the customer service, or rather, the lack of it. The representative I finally managed to reach had an attitude that was shockingly careless. Her exact words were essentially, “Do whatever you can.” That’s the level of professionalism I encountered.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them—calls, emails, messages—there was zero communication. No updates, no explanations, nothing.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before dealing with this company. I wouldn’t wish this level of frustration on anyone.

They are scamsters. I ordered a boot a slip-on worth Rs 26,500 and odd and they delivered two hawai chappals to me.

They dont send what they show. Its a fraudulent company. Also, they do not take back even if the product is wrong. Steer away.

They advertise replicas of famous Italian shoe brands. I have ordered a Santoni Chuka boot in burgundy red and they ship me one totally chinzy version for like 40€, but I paid 200€.
I was corresponding through five WhatsApp numbers with them and except for one call of apology. They never corrected the order shipped the correct shoes and sent me a tracking number.
This company is highly fraudulent and should be banned from making commerce.
Never order from this company because they always screw you over and they have a non-functioning customer service. The worst of the worst.

Bought TWO pairs of sandals and have worn both
5 times or less and the piece between the toes have BOTH come out...took to repair shop and can't be fixed..Quality is not what it use to be..Will not buy again and I have been a faithful buyer for years...no satisfaction with company since no one to contact!

I wish I could give zero stars do not trust this company or their employees they will keep trying to convince you that your order will arrive but it will not come on time and they will not give you any help or customer service. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with

Very very pathetic, unsupportive customer service. Don’t have way to talk and handle things. They deliver wrong pair and it’s been 20 days. No pick up done. Infact they blame us and don’t agree for their mistake. Poor service, very commercial, concerned only with money, once they recieve money, they don’t respond properly.
We are not allowed to connect you to owners, you have paid the money, you have to take it. Let the time taken be 1-2 months. While ordering they say 7 days.

BEWARE! Italian Shoe Company is FRAUD. They deliver cheap and poorly made shoes. Plus their shoes are completely different from the images on the website - almost like a knock-off version. The quality is appalling - cheap quality leather, sloppy stiching and no resemblance to what was advertised. It fells like a scam operations where glossy pictures are used to trick customers into buying substandard junk. They don't even allow return, exchange or refund. Beware - they are a classic case of false advertising and pathetic quality.

I am writing this feedback out of extreme disappointment with my recent order from your company. I must say this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
I paid ₹1500 for fast delivery, yet the product was delivered after 38 days.
The quality of the shoes is extremely poor, far below any acceptable standard – even local roadside vendors provide better quality.
Your website is clearly misleading customers by using celebrity images, which is nothing but a scam tactic to gain trust.
It is very evident that your company is engaged in fraudulent practices online, misguiding customers with false advertising and delivering substandard products. I will never make any future purchases from you, and I strongly advise others to stay alert and avoid this scam company.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and reflect on your business practices before misleading more customers.

Italian Shoes Company is Totally Fake and Fraud shoes dealers the product they deliver is totally road side of totally Useless quality the product didn't even match 1% with pictures after that they say we have this product only and we can't accept return they are team of fraudsters from Uttar pradesh ... Shoes are pathetic Useless ... Just do one thing dont ever pay them in advance just check the product on delivery first the truth will be in front of you ..
