Worst online shopping company i've ever deal with, recently i bought one suede leather belt from the website of Italian Shoes Company, I had a worst experience with them, when i received the product i found that the quality of the suede leather belt was not as expected as the suede was too hard and it was very rough in feel. I raise my concern with the Customer Service Desk of The Italian Shoes Company, i had a word with Ms. Priya, their Customer Service Representative, she was very rude and don't have any manners, she disconnected the phone call in the middle of the conversation and i was not able to complete my talk. Worst ever company selling low quality degraded so called leather products from the state of Mohali, Punjab. They say they have a customer service desk, but in actual they literally don't care about their customers, their shopping experiences with them. Please don't buy from them, as they are making fool of their customers by showing off the photographs of some famous Bollywood celebrities on their home page of their website. Italian Shoes Company and their Management are real cheaters. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

I bought I recently got some boots, but the quality just wasn't there. The proportions on the shoes felt off, like something was missing. Honestly, I didn't even receive all the items I was supposed to get. It was a real letdown after waiting for them. I'm definitely going to think twice before ordering from there again.

Absolutely horrendous experience. The product quality is not up to the mark and they don't deliver everything they promise on the website. Despite of chasing multiple times via email, call and twitter, you get ZERO after sales support. Imagine if you received a bad product.. there is nothing you can do but to live with it and regret that you spent a lot on a useless product. The shoes themselves are out of proportions as the sole is too short compared to the shoe itself which makes it very uncomfortable to wear for longer durations.

do not fall for them, they will look legit by giving you tracking details saying the product has been shipped when in reality the order ID and weblink will be invaild. They finally responded with a vague reply and when I recvd the product it was of very very very bad quality. all money wasted!

I ordered the wallet which on their website looked premium, matte black and very clean making. The product received was made of very cheap PU, not even genuine leather.Thick seam stitches and Big border contrary to the image advertised clearly making the recvd product look cheap. On top it had a glossy sheen not matte black again very cheap.

The company has zero customer service for highly prize product. Refrain from buying from this company. Once order is prepaid they will simply switch off and will not take calls.

The company or brand (whatever they call) there’s nothing italian in it. They simply manufacture basic shoes which look far distinctive than what they post on their page and account. The material is very cheap and the construction of the shoes are of very poor quality. Apart from this they have no replacement and refund policy. Once the shoes are bought, they act deaf ears and don’t respond to any of your query related to refund. So dont fell into the trap. Check the reviews of those people who have rated them very low, you will get to find that how many people have been scammed till date.

I am a tortured customer of this company, I was gullible to fall for their fake positive reviews on their website
My ordeal started when I spoke to ms Dhriti , who took advance payment and my order against promise of “no question asked return” . Invoice 10015881 dt 1st Mar 2025
They took over 45days to make my shoes and when they came they weren’t my size and not of the color that I was promised

They stopped responding my calls ghosted for almost week and when I reached to another tele sales operator I was coaxed to pay another 8k for a redo of color and size - invice dt 23rd April’25 . I paid on again on 25th April and till date I am following up for my Money or the shoes … their telesales people aren’t even responding to my msgs and calls

Pls pls pls never buy from here . I wasted over 23k and got nothing !!
